If low law enforcement can still see it the only advantage would be that potential employers cannot ?

Better we should return to the standard that no record is retained (much less published) if a person is found not guilty in a court of law.

    Elevating LE , no thanks.
If its low level Crime and its to be erased, then erase it.

If a prison term is served, I don't see the crimes as being 'low level' .

Records are still listed with an outcome. Not guilty, dismissed, Nolle Pros etc on the records. You have to make a request to the state in order to get stuff expunged.

It won't take very long to get them home but it won't be overnight either but Iraq says they can't stay and they are coming home just like Trump said.

If a violation has been committed against person or property it is a crime. Otherwise, statutes and ordinances are not crimes and therefore should be not be recorded by the public or LE, period.

There was a time when, if a person was not found guilty, the record vanished automatically.
