Gov has NO BUSINESS in education- it should be local & up to an individual school how they handle it.

Also, the amateur used to be the real professional. The "degree" is a sham that was invented for people who had no talent but could say "Here's this paper that says I've sat in a seat for 6 years, so I must know somethin'!"

I spent more time in college learning how bad of a person I am because of my skin color than actually learning the course material and having to write essays on how great Obama is
