In addition to the mayoral post, Qi held others including Secretary of the Communist Party.

Considering where it is there is a fifty percent chance it is mostly fake , not just the gold but including the currency. If it turns out to be real , it makes me sad I never lived in city limits long enough to run for Mayor.
