Y'all just can't stop, can you? The establishment doesn't like Kavanaugh??? Holy smokes, I hope you don't really believe that bs. It's been presented ad nausem how Kav is part and parcel of the establishment yet you and others insist on maintaining this plainly inaccurate narrative. It's become ridiculous and obvious shilling.

Your post subtly equates Kavanaugh with being someone the establishment doesn't like because he was attacked by controlled Dem opposition and somehow that's good for us.

If we want anti-establishment candidates to win we should consider a really, really establishment nominee being nominated and confirmed a win? Jeez, enough of the Kavanaugh junk. I called it months ago that he would be nominated and confirmed (simply because he's a Bushie Skull and Bones Jesuit) and the only things that have happened is the false two party establishment has made a fortune, the division in the country is even worse (as the Jesuit oath requires) and somehow being a Patriot Act architect, a Vince Foster murder cover-up agent, an NSA spying advocate, and other heinous things is considered merely "unfortunate stances". Ridiculous.

They all loved it, televised it, promoted it and spread it, up until it backfired.

For the most part, this entire thing was a media creation.

Incorrect. I think he may well be establishment, he certainly has the connections. Although I think he is better than a Hillary pick, he isn't a great choice but I don't think that it sets a good precedent to allow these Ford accusations to derail him, and if allowed it will end up encouraging the left to use it against people who are anti-establishment. It is the establishment's weapon because they own the media.

See? "He may well be establishment". Is it impossible for you to simply state that he is establishment without hedging it? Try it, it's liberating to be honest with yourself.

Oh and I forgot one of the other effects. Dr. Ford is now over a half million dollars richer thanks to her gofundme page. That's a mighty big incentive to literally only make a brief appearance at a Congressional hearing.

You said I thought he was anti-establishment, that is a far cry from what I said and doesn't have anything to do with my argument that allowing these techniques to be successful encourages them and would be used against anti-establishment candidates in the future.

There were two gofundmes. $700+k. The book deals that are being negotiated right now? Ca-ching. The take away? When all your witnesses refute your story you make bank regardless.

POTUS PENCE will hear GOD talk directly to him in the Oval Office in 2019.
President Pence will then pardon Donald John Trump at the federal level due
to how persuasive the Almghty was in a short, terse conversation that made
Pence's day. The creation of Space Force will take up Pence's first 100 days.

Donald Trump will have to pay all the back taxes he owes the State of New York in 2019.

Yep, dannno and Swordsmyth do this constantly.

Their praise for Trump and his fellow swamp dwellers is typically glowing and effusive. On the other hand, when the time comes for justly deserved criticism, those are usually mild and understated, like: "I don't like his foreign policy..." or vague references to "unfortunate stances" as you mention. They'll then ordinarily append a huge "BUT," followed by lengthy rationalizations and justifications as to why the criticized behavior isn't really all that bad, or why tolerating it is somehow "good" for advancing the cause of liberty.

It amounts to damning with faint praise in the reverse. It's a very subtle but classic Big Lie technique and those two, among others, have been using it repeatedly around here over the last couple of years or so. Worse, it seems to have proven effective, even against many people one would otherwise assume would know better than to be taken in by it. More's the pity.

Actually, Collins was very fond of Kavanaugh from day one. It's documented in the other big Kav thread, "Kavanaugh will be nominated".
