I can't tell you how humbled I am by your thoughts and prayers.
I have had minimal internet access for the last week and will have even less in the next few days. I have the luxury to log on today and saw this thread.
By your prayers and the mercy of God, my father is home and okay. Right now, we are taking it day by day and putting our hope and faith in God. Still a daily struggle, especially for my poor mother who has become a full time nurse the past few weeks.
Please keep us in your prayers. You are in my prayers as well.

Hi everyone,
My father passed away on August 16th from complications after heart surgery. It has been a difficult month to say the least, but by the grace of God, we are coping. In this world, he was a great man, hardworking and loyal, and completely devoted to his family and friends. He will be sorely missed by those who knew him.
This coming Sunday is his 40 day memorial which is a big thing in my Church's tradition. Please pray for him and for my family.
