If you read the indictment, you will see that it consists of nothing but improbable accusations. There is no way on earth that the US Justice (sic) Department would be able to acquire the information in this fictional story that Rosenstein has presented. Moreover, there is no sign whatsoever of any evidence in the indictment. Rosenstein knows that he needs no evidence, because the accused will never be brought to trial.
Rosenstein has thrown red meat to the presstitutes, who are assets of the military/security complex and Democratic Party, and the presstitutes will pressure the Republicans to get behind Rosenstein’s call for a united front against Russian interference. You can imagine what would happen if Trump and Putin were to have a successful summit and normalize the relations that Washington ruined between the two countries. If your imagination is not working, consult here.

Denes Nunes says this was all known a year and a half ago and that they also targeted Republicans.
Nunes says this was covered in the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report from March 22, 2018 (released to the public on April 27) - which the media marginalized and did not want to take seriously. Page 4 lists the "findings", and details are covered in Chapter 2, pages 22 to 37, but the majority of this chapter has been redacted.
https://intelligence.house.gov/uploa...ion_report.pdf
This is an excerpt from page 4, listing the pertinent "findings", which are discussed in chapter 2 pages 22 to 37:
Sounds like they could have just used facts from this report to write up the indictment.Finding #7 - Russia conducted cyberattacks on U.S. political institutions in 2015-2016.
Finding #8 - Russian-state actors and third-party intermediaries were responsible for the dissemination of documents and communications stolen from U.S. political organizations.
Finding #9 - The Russian government used RT to advance its malign influence campaign during the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
Finding #10 - Russian intelligence leveraged social media in an attempt to sow social discord and to undermine the·u.s. electoral process.

"We have set them on the hobby-horse of an idea about the absorption of individuality by the symbolic unit of COLLECTIVISM. They have never yet and they never will have the sense to reflect that this hobby-horse is a manifest violation of the most important law of nature, which has established from the very creation of the world one unit unlike another and precisely for the purpose of instituting individuality."- A Quote From Some Old Book

If you are old enough to remember the Soviet-era propaganda approximately five years prior to the Polish solidarity movement, you are old enough to have a solid frame of reference for today’s announcement from Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Truthfully, I never thought a constitutionally protected U.S. government apparatus would ever be able to pull-off propaganda so easily and readily consumed by an American electorate…. Alas, lesson learned.
So here’s my take:
Setting aside the transparent timing of the declaration today; which is entirely based upon the reality of interlopers within our current government remaining focused on undermining President Trump policy and objectives; and accepting the anti-Russia propaganda narrative is a political weapon intended to elevate the interests of deep state officials and undermine any effort that might be adverse to their interests; a basic question about the indictment evidence is being avoided by all who are reviewing the content therein….
While the DOJ document is full of detailed accusations; which has given the narrative engineers a great deal of fuel; there’s a specific aspect missing. The entire indictment (full pdf below) is based on the premise of the FBI conducting some -unexplained and unsubstantiated- form of forensic data-analysis to formulate their detailed conclusions.
........
Seemingly overlooked by most, Rosenstein said the indictment will now be passed-off (code word for “buried”) to the DOJ National Security Division. Yes, that’s right, the same DOJ-NSD who were soup-to-nuts involved in the unlawful use of FISA-702 database searches
Why pass this off to the DOJ-NSD?
Because it’s going nowhere.
It’s make-believe.
This announcement, and the indictment itself, is pure propaganda.
The entire narrative is based on a story; and it is a story; that can never be proved.
The biggest “risk” to the deep state is any entity who focuses on the DOJ and FBI abuse of the NSA and FBI database in 2015 and 2016. They were conducting political opposition research using FISA-702(16)(17) searches of collected information.
Along with FBI compartmented SCIF’s, the DOJ-NSD was the hub for the corrupt officials doing those illegal searches. This is not in question. It happened:
The current officials within the corrupt DOJ/FBI system are protecting the former officials who worked within the corrupt DOJ/FBI system. The activity was so stunningly destructive to every tenet of our democracy and principle of our constitutional republic; the administrators of the system cannot allow the American electorate to know what they did.
Government officials within the DOJ and FBI conspired together with private political parties outside government to conduct intelligence gathering operations against their political opponents. You cannot get higher on the usurpation scale.
That illegally extracted opposition research was then laundered by design and passed back into the intelligence apparatus (DOJ/FBI) where it was weaponized -by gaining a Title-1 search warrant (Oct 21, 2016,)- to conduct active surveillance on everyone within a political campaign.

Watching testimony from Rosenstein about holding back information from Congress is interesting. You have 2 sides, one is calling Jim Jordan a hero and getting at the Truth, the other is calling Rosenstein composed and keeping his nerve from 'rude' interrupting Jim Jordan, and how all republicans are traitors and lovers of Russia. One comment got a thumbs upThat's right, Rosenstein the deep state patriot. It's like people are living in 2 different worlds living side by side.Rosenstein is not handing over documents because he does not trust you traitors in Congress
Once upon a time it was the left that screamed that "The People have a right to know" and that the establishment can't be trusted, they used to say "Make love not war" about Russia.
Of course they said all those things when they were useful to the cause of communism whether they had some amount of truth to them or not.

The Russia Hacking Indictment is a Joke:
by: Philip Giraldi
Former counter-terrorism specialist and military intelligence officer of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA):
more here: http://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/the-esta...-strikes-back/"If the GRU list is authentic, it would expose US ability to penetrate that organization, leading to Moscow tightening up security to the detriment of American intelligence. But it might alternatively be suggested that the drafters needed a group of plausible Russians and used a generic list provided by either CIA or NSA to come up with the culprits and then used those identities and the detailed information regarding them to provide credibility to their account. WHAT THEY DID NOT DO, HOWEVER, IS PROVIDE THE ACTUAL EVIDENCE CONNECTING THE INDIVIDUALS TO THE "HACK/INTERFERENCE" OR TO CONNECT THE SAME TO THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT. If the information in the indictment is completely accurate, which may not be the case, there is some suggestion that alleged Moscow linked proxies may have deliberately sought to undermine the campaign of Hillary Clinton to favor Bernie Sanders, but absolutely no evidence that they did anything to help Donald Trump.
Beyond what is or is not contained in the document itself, there is a clear misunderstanding regarding how a sophisticated intelligence organization, which certainly includes the GRU, operates. If there had been a large-scale Kremlin sanctioned plan to disrupt the US election, it would not be run by twelve identifiable GRU officers working with what appears to be only limited cover and resources. If the facts are correct, the activity might have been a routine probing, collecting and selective dissemination of information effort that all intelligence agencies engage in. The United States does so routinely in many countries, interfering in elections worldwide, far more than Russia with its limited resources, and even carrying out regime change.
If the Kremlin’s objective were truly to undermine American democracy, a task that is already being undertaken very ably by the GOP and Democrats, hundreds of officers would be involved, all working under deep cover and operating securely out of dispersed sites. And no one involved would be using computers connected to networks that could be penetrated to enable personal identification or discovery of the ultimate source of the activity. Everyone would be working in alias on stand-alone machines and the transmission of information would be done using cut-outs to break any chain of custody. A cut-out might consist of using thumb drives to transmit information from one computer to another, for example. There would be no sending or receiving of information by channels that could be identified by NSA or CIA and compromised.
So the idea that the United States government identified twelve culprits who were responsible for trying to overthrow American democracy is by any measure ludicrous, if indeed there was a major plan to disrupt the election at all."
