Exclamation What to make of a world that uses Motorhead, covering the Rolling Stones, to sell cars?

    Is this cool...or confused...or cheap?

    RIP Lemmy.

This is a kick ass cover by the way.

Damn...I swear I just saw a 2019 Lexus UX ad using this cover.

    Can't find it anywhere.

    May be brand new.

ETA - Ah Hah! It was an Acura RDX not a Lexus.

H/T to @Zippyjuan for finding this video.

Well it would be a bit weird . I do not picture the avg lexus purchaser listening to Motorhead or the Stones . Probably something more like Pink , Bruno Mars or Lady Gaga .
    Do something Danke

Is somebody trying to get RPF in trouble? Is it OK to not like Lexus?

I saw the Stones play Carol ( Chuck Berry ) live but even that seems too cool for a lexus . Maybe go with Devo , Whip It

If you're going to cover a tune, don't pick the second most-played-out song in existence.

(The first, of course, is Hotel California.)

This reminds me of people coming to work in their climbing boots in case a mountain would spring up in the middle of the office.
