We will have plenty of food, unless Monsanto and ADM just leave their huge tracts of the Breadbasket of the World lying fallow out of spite. No doubt the currency won't be worth enough to buy it. But the grain elevators will be full enough. There is no reason whatsoever to believe anything else but Monsanto and ADM obeying Schwab will cause the U.S. to stop producing well more than three times as much food as even fat Americans can eat.

Biden is full of borsht. Anyone with a memory over two decades long can tell you that we don't net import food, we export it--particularly to Russia. If we had cut off grain sales to the Soviet Union it would have fallen decades sooner.

    I don't consider a caviar embargo a food shortage.

This is a Klaus Schwab game. It's bull$#@!. And I really don't think Carlson is so stupid that he doesn't know better.

This is grain headed to port for export. In the autumn this goes on all day every day, and whole trainloads go to Pacific ports too. This narrative would be laughable if it weren't so evil, and if there weren't so many Americans stupid enough to believe it.

An excellent overview of how they are trying to manufacture this crisis. But as the man said--we may have less selection, and they're making damned sure we'll have trouble paying for it. No worries. In America you should be able to get something to eat. Maybe not hamburger, but how does a tofu, cricket and cockroach burger sound?

Luckily As soon as Brandon became "President" we built a greenhouse . We can also start raising chickens and other farm animals if push comes to shove.

Wow...you know, it's almost as if there were a bunch of people running the government that were, in fact, enemies of the Republic and the people.

Even then there will be. The government may be seizing it and sending it abroad, or storing it, or destroying it, or whatever. But even if Monsanto, ADM and their ilk decide to play Schwab's game, there are enough family farms left to feed us all. Even if these petroleum games disrupt the fertilizer supply, they'll be able to produce enough of something.

If they seize all the private farms and plant prairie grass because "environment" there might not be food. But we aren't talking about something in finite supply, or something which American appetites could outstrip America's ability to supply. This narrative is an insult to reason.

So Monsanto, who is now owned by Bayer, and Bayer who changed its name from I.G. Farben at the end of WWII who made the Zyklon Gas that was used to kill the Jews should be TRUSTED to make sure we always have food? Monsanto has always been an enemy of self independence.

The goal is to kill as many as possible by what ever means necessary. How do we grow food if we have zero access to non terminator seeds?

Of course not. What an asinine notion.

Why do you quote me and ask such a goofy question? All I said was, the only way the Breadbasket of the World fails to produce at least three times as much food as Americans need is if those corporations let the portions of it they own lie fallow for some nefarious reason. That's an awfully long way from an endorsement.

No nation that can grow food for itself will ever starve.

What has happened is that the Permission to Grow has been REVOKED. Its not a Constitutionally Enumerated Right, and it shouldnt need to be one because COMMON SENSE. Those in power usurp that power by interfering with self sustaining behaviors. Grow a garden without a permit and 10 years in jail.

The reason they are obese is the foods we eat is lacking in what our bodies need to survive, and swapped out with addictive unhealthy foods that make us physically unfit for combat.

The US is a net exporter of food. We also have the reousrces to be a net exporter of oil. The Biden administration lies.

Besides I am now a resident of Florida. Florida has the agricultural resources to feed it's population. I have every confindence in Governor DeSantis. He would keep the food instate if push came to shove.

    Hah.

If Oklahoma kept all the food we grow in state, we'd soon be up to our armpits in it.

A lot of people don't realize it but the middle of Florida is full of cattle ranches. It starts just a few miles from us on the atalntic coast and stretches all the way to the gulf, bothing but ranches and orchards.

    Meanwhile in California...

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — California would pay farmers not to plant thousands of acres of land as part of a $2.9 billion plan announced Tuesday aimed at letting more water flow through the state's major rivers and streams to help restore the unique habitat in one of North America's largest estuaries.
    ...
Today, all but about 5% of those wetlands are gone, consumed by a complex system of dams and canals that diverts much of the water into large reservoirs. Those reservoirs are then used for drinking water in the state's major cities and irrigation for Central Valley farmers who supply most of the nation's fruits, nuts and vegetables.

Chicken breast, ground beef, pork prices set to surge higher

    ...

Evercore ISI issued a protein inflation note this week projecting that most protein prices are forecasted to increase "substantially" due to the higher feed costs, with chicken breast reaching as high as 70% year-over-year in the first half of 2022.

The analysis said pork and ground beef could climb as high as 20% year-over-year during the same period.

That was not quoted for truth, that was quoted to illustrate the mindset of the radical "environmentalists" in California. They have decided that dams and agriculture are bad, and must be eliminated.

The truth is that the dams are in the mountains and foothills, and don't have a lot to do with the disappearance of the floodplains and wetlands. The canals and flood control have been greatly expanded in order to build housing on the former farmlands and wetlands. This is to accommodate the massive amounts of immigration that these same leftists and environmentalists advocate and demand.

It is the policies of the left that have destroyed the environment, the water supply, and now the food supply.
