Just put a pound of beef liver in milk for liver-n-onions tonight...

Today I'm having lots of water, green tea, plain chicken and salad. My heavy drinking this past week has caught up with me and I'm bloated as hell. I can't even get my watch on and it's usually loose on my wrist.

Better get crackin' on the pizza oven, luc.

Today, I'm having chicken wings for dinner. Yay! But I'm not having them super hot, I'm going to have them mild because I have an appointment with the proctologist tomorrow and I don't want to have hot butt.

That sounds great. How are you gonna cook the chicken? Grill? Smoke?

I made a beautiful salad with tomatoes, red peppers, red onions, cucumbers, green leaf lettuce, and baby spinach. I made a fresh bottle of salad crack to juice it up and I plan on throwing some 5 bean salad on top. I need fresh food right now. I still feel gross from the taffy/wine/cough syrup binge the other night.

The ultimate minority is the individual. Protect the individual from Democracy and you will protect all groups of individuals
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. - Thomas Jefferson
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

    - Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear

“The spirits of darkness are now among us. We have to be on guard so that we may realize what is happening when we encounter them and gain a real idea of where they are to be found. The most dangerous thing you can do in the immediate future will be to give yourself up unconsciously to the influences which are definitely present.” ~ Rudolf Steiner
