Trump calls for unity, asks politicians to stop calling their opponents morally defective

In a rally speech, he called for unity and harmony, spoke against bigotry and called on politicians to stop calling their opponents morally defective.
He spoke forcefully against political violence.

Topic of body slamming of journalists did not come up in that speech, but it did in another speech few days earlier.

Trump doesn't drink beer, so he couldn't continue Obama 'beer summit' strategy to bring together different factions to diffuse tensions in society. But he could still meet Eric Holder, HRC, Brennon etc over coffee or something.

Curiously enough, even though Donald J. Trump over the past year has sounded off
like the way HOLLYWOOD would have cast BUZZ WINDRIPP if filming Sinclair Lewis's
political novella as a docudrama MINI~series, he actually has sounded intelligent today...
Less like George Wallace or ole Curtis Lemay. Less like Enoch Powell. Like he is humane
and human. Like he knows these new deaths are tragic. Like as if he gives a ratzass.

Some had compared his recent rally speeches to performances by crowd pleasing wrestlers.

But yea today's speech sounded so different as if it wasn't written by him but by someone else.

However, to move to Canada proper, I must become a Justin Trudeau Monarchist.
Hence my dual citizenship. The concession there can be good kings. Often. maybe.
