Try mixing your own vapes or try different brands. Smoking is definitely the worst option out of all of em.

I've tried vaping but ive gone back to the cigarettes for now...

I quit cigarettes 2.5 years ago by simply wanting too, and a couple bottles of nicotine lozenges.

I vaped for nicotine a couple of years before that, then went back to cigs for whatever reason. Now the only smoke I inhale is the occasional joint, I mostly just vape some variation of THC nowadays.

Camel non-filters for over 30 years, then a pipe with good tobacco for several years..

Son got me to start vaping about 6 years ago, still on the 24mg juice.

I find it difficult Jules and there must be others like me...

My very good friend has been smoking for 30+ yrs and she vapes now. It turns out that the only vape she likes is the Vuse Solo creme. She doesn't like other pre packaged vapes or mixes. Its just something about the dose, delivery and taste that works for her. I will keep trying until you find something that works for u.

Never smoked or vaped but I would suggest vaping since its a healthier alternative.
