    Sessions on Marijuana

Jeff sessions is "slicker than a tub of warm Vaseline" when it comes to answering marijuana questions, but I think Trump already, straightened him out..... don't rock our boat over this petty crap.

He just got into Office and already knows that the Federal Government doesn't have the adequate resources to fight medical marijuana.

Kennedy with Ron Paul as guest.

The people who shout the loudest about racism are most racist themselves~ Ron Paul

I think Sessions admitted he does not have the resources to enforce federal MJ laws. He will have a lot on his plate with prosecuting criminal illegal aliens, fighting sanctuary cities, voter fraud investigation etc. In the meantime Congress should pass bills to decriminalize MJ before he changes his mind or does get more resources.

The only people that should have concern at the moment are illegal aliens caught with MJ....they will use one law to double down on the other.

Civil forfeiture allows Sessions to collect as much recourses as he desires. Sessions is pro-civil forfeiture and anti-pot. Don't let the political posturing of confirmation hearing fool you.

We once made alcohol illegal and came up with the resources to enforce it for years.

Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

Civil Asset Forfeiture should be recognized as being Unconstitutional, but because it is such a source of funding for Police Depts and the State, its popular among the controllers and unpopular among the people.

Civil Asset Forfeiture is a flat out direct violation of Search and Seizure without the Due Process of Law. Thus, a person merely needs to be accused, or branded with a Scarlet A, or perhaps in this case, Scarlet MJ for their property to be taken by force, which means any funds they have to defend themselves in court are taken. Win Win for them.

The Elite exploit pot for MULTIPLE purposes. Taking possession of your property is the LEAST of their goals. The biggest goal is that it is a TEST. Rulers expect BLIND OBEDIENCE. And there is no better Test of Blind Obedience than compliance with STUPID RULES. Pot is a STUPID RULE. Most people can understand Sensible Rules. But the Blindly Obedient will viciously attack those who do not obey the Stupid Rules because they are SHEEP. Thus, Disobedience to these Stupid Rules as a Moral Imperative because the Blind will most likely always remain Blind, and they need to be flat out shown the consequences of having a Legal System that has become fully disconnected from Morality.

When law and morality are in contradiction to each other, the citizen finds himself in the cruel alternative of either losing his moral sense, or of losing his respect for the law.

    - The Law
Destruction of the Morality of the Law results in the Law no longer being a Moral Compass, and many, without any form of guidance are no longer inspired to follow even Sensible Rules. The Rulers have hurt themselves by maintaining sets of Contradictory Rules. They have undermined their own bullshittery. But, it seems that is their true goal; to create a Lawless Society where "the people need constant supervision and punishment" which provides much more to those Rulers, at least temporarily, until they have cracked, broken, and utterly destroyed the very framework of a functional and cohesive society.

If Sessions can not get this through his thick head, then he should not be in any position of power.
