Exclamation White woman publicly humiliated at rap concert for rapping prohibited word

I refuse to put "the N word" in a headline, as if everybody were a bunch of idiot kids.

That said: just another dumb white broad...what the $#@! did you think was going to happen, sweetheart?

In the words of the great Walt Kowalski:

"These guys don't want to be your bro, and I don't blame 'em. Now get your ofay, paddy ass on down the road."

KENDRICK LAMAR BRINGS WHITE WOMAN ON STAGE TO PERFORM “M.A.A.D CITY” AND IT GOES HORRIBLY WRONG

Rappers often offer a lucky fan the once in a lifetime chance to rap on stage with them during a concert, but during Kendrick Lamar's recent performance at the Hangout Music Festival in Alabama on Sunday (May 20), things went terribly wrong.

Getting ready to perform his hit "M.A.A.D City" from the album Good Kid, M.a.a.d city, K. Dot brought up a White woman by the name of Delaney on stage with him. Delaney started out with confidence, asking Kendrick when can they start, but things quickly went south as Delaney forget to censor herself during the song's chorus, which is full of the N-word.

Rapping, "Man down/Where you from, nigga?" and "$#@! who you know, where you from, my nigga?" the woman was swiftly met with a ton of boos from the crowd. Noticing the audience was upset, Kendrick cut the music and gave Delaney a chance to redeem herself. "You gotta bleep one single word though," K. Dot told the woman, to which she replied, "Oh, I'm sorry! Did I do it? I'm so sorry. Oh my God... I'm used to singing it like you wrote it."

While the crowd didn't want to give Delaney another chance, Kendrick opted to allow her one more shot, which she blew. Having to censor herself, Delaney couldn't stay on beat and mixed the up the lyrics to the song. The Damn. rapper then cut her off again, telling the audience, "It's over. It's over."

"This bitch really just said the N word on stage with Kendrick LAMAR!

'This was as set up and fake as it gets': Outrage over suspected 'publicity stunt' after Kendrick Lamar kicks a white fan off stage for singing the N-word in HIS lyrics

Fan backlash is mounting over an incident at a Kendrick Lamar concert, which some are calling a set-up intended to humiliate a fan for publicity.

    ....

Amid the outrage, some of it directed at Delaney, other fans are wondering if the Pulitzer Prize-winning singer intentionally set out to stir controversy and publicity by inviting a white fan to sing his lyrics.

'The biggest set up ever,' said one Twitter user. 'Brought a fan up on stage to sing Maadcity and then flipped when she said the N word. Smh. He knew what he was doing. Ruined her life all over social media. She's gonna have to live with the video of people being mad forever.'

'This is an obvious attempt by Kendrick Lamar and most likely his record label, to stir the pot,' another wrote. 'How much more hatred has been generated by this little stunt?'

'I lost mad respect for my top 5 rapper,' wrote yet another. 'You cant pick and choose who says "n***a" when u say it in your music and have all your fans singing it... That was a set up.'

So Lamar wants the freedom to expre$$ him$self as he $ee$ fit, but if people wants to sing his songs, they should censor themselves if their skin pigment is not correct for the lyrics.

    Seems legit. smh

Edit: Ok, I just watched the performance, and it's possible Lamar was actually trying to make a point about censorship or whatever. Seems a bit staged. Moving on.

Yeah, there's been a lot of feedback that says the same thing, that it was staged.

Question then is: to what purpose?

Humiliated? watch the 2 min clip yourself and you decide. The OP and the headline(actual article is actually accurate in its description of the event) makes it sound worse than it is. This is exactly what happened in the actual video.
    - White girls comes on stage to sing rapper's song
    - white girl uses the N word and crowd immediately groans on hearing fan use the n word
    - Black rapper stops fan and tells her to try again while bleeping the N word
    - Black rapper asks the audience if she should be given a chance at redo and they seems to say no
    - White fan tries and couldn't really sing the song as well because bleeping words during songs is probably not how she is used to singing the song.
    - Fans lose excitement at her performance(aka buzz has been killed) and rapper ends the fan performance.

    Nothing really "humiliating" about that

The OP asks what does she expect would happen, actually many rappers are OK with white people using the N word while singing their songs. You can see many of them posted on youtube where nobody bats an eye lid after the word is used. Me thinks the fans groaning might have been the reason why he thought he had to act cos normally everybody is OK with it being used during stage performances.

So what do you expect to happen? this for instance.

Same song starts at 1:00 and she seems to have slipped and said the N word at 3:05.

It's amazing what you learn when you rely less on click baity headline and more on actually research.

I don't get why the crowd would groan in the first place. I would've been embarrassed if I were her and people started acting like douche bags during my rap.

That was really odd, I have seen many instances where the majority of the fans say the N word during sing a longs and it never a problem. Even people using it on stage haven't been a problem. I have no idea why they did it. Maybe its just people in Alabama over compensating to avoid being called racists. Personally, I think it would have gone down without a problem if the crowd acted accordingly.

If staged, I say it was to stir the pot. For publicity, maybe for a payoff he's planned down the road. Maybe he's sick to death of the pc agenda, or maybe he staged that act to incite more angst against white women. Huwite wmynz are beginning to eject from the SJW camp, as the progressives turn on them.

The Delaney chick in the OP, the problem with her performance was that she didn't know the rest of the lyrics that well and was sorta mumbling them, then was all "my niggggga!!" really clearly into the mic.. I think that's why people were booing, mostly... but it wasn't very fair for her because she wouldn't have been boo'd if the song didn't have the n-word, people just wouldn't have been that hyped.
