Kevin Spacey breaks silence in bizarre video, faces charge for alleged sexual assault

    Happened today, Dec 24:
    https://www.usatoday.com/story/life/...lt/2407736002/

I guess he thought announcing he now chose to live his life as a gay man, would save him from charges for attempting to rape a boy.

"Spacey bought him drink after drink after drink and when my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him," she said.

Are the actions of a drunk blamed on the alcohol, the person that paid for the alcohol, the person that served the alcohol, or the person that consumed the alcohol? What does drinking drink after drink have to do with this situation? Would this person have not been assaulted had they not gotten drunk? Why did they choose to excessively drink? How reliable is the testimony of an intoxicated person? Why would an establishment serve alcohol to an underage person?

Unruh went public in November 2017 with allegations that Spacey slipped his hand down her then 18-year-old son’s pants, and then touched his genitals, at the Club Car Restaurant the preceding summer.
How does a person slip a hand down an unwilling participants pants and touch genitals in a restaurant?

It appears the court of public opinion has rendered a verdict on sleaze ball Spacey prior to trial. What is the difference between Spacey and SCOTUS Justice Kavanaugh?

There is no difference but he isn't doing himself any favors with that video.

The stunt with the cup was interesting, but I wasn’t sure if it was worth posting.

Is Spacey simply trolling those of us who notice this stuff, or should the perpetrators actually be afraid of what he might say?
Spacey was in Epstein’s pedo group:
A list of people who have associated with Jeffrey Epstein over the years would take in the world of celebrity, science, politics – and royalty.
Over the years, the casually-dressed, globe-trotting financier, who was said to log more than 600 flying hours a year, has been linked with Bill Clinton, Kevin Spacey, Chris Tucker and Manhattan-London society figure Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of the late media titan Robert Maxwell.
Epstein reportedly flew Tucker and Spacey to Africa on his private jet as part of a charitable endeavour. Clinton, meanwhile, flew on multiple occasions in the same plane to Epstein’s private Caribbean island, Little St James, between 2002 and 2005 as he developed his philanthropic post-presidential career. It would later be alleged in court that Epstein organised orgies on that same private island in the US Virgin Islands.
    And now…
    Pizza.
    Via: Daily Mail:
Kevin Spacey emerged from his $6million hiding place on Sunday sporting a baseball cap that read ‘Retired since 2017’.
Spacey congratulated DailyMail.com on finding him and rewarded our photographer with a free pizza.
The star headed to Domino’s to pick up a medium cheese and tomato pie before pulling up beside photojournalist Jae Donnelly and handing it over.
‘I know you’re just doing your job,’ he said with a smirk. ‘Keep warm and have a happy New Year.’
The cap was a clear reference to the year his career all but disappeared amid a number of sexual assault and harassment claims.

    I smell a set-up.
The particular charge he is facing is for fondling an 18 year old male while he was drunk.
There are far more egregious actions Kevin has done.
The idea is to give Kevin an exoneration in this case, and then never prosecute him for any of the other cases, because, "he was proven innocent".
I am sure we are going to see some very genuine-ish tears of thanks when he is found not-guilty.

One of the stories is he forced a 14 year old straight actor onto the bed, and tried to take his clothes off. And would not get off until the kid resisted.

    FU Frank.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

The sexual assault case against Kevin Spacey may not proceed to trial after the man who accused the actor of groping him three years ago refused to testify during a pre-trial hearing.
On Monday, the unnamed accuser was questioned by Spacey’s attorney, Alan Jackson, about the alleged 2016 incident at a Nantucket bar where the then 18-year-old accuser claims to have been groped by Spacey. According to local ABC affiliate WCVB, Jackson asked the accuser about the location of a phone he used to send text messages about the incident, some of which Spacey’s attorneys say have been deleted and show that the accuser “exaggerated” his telling of the bar encounter.
The accuser denied deleting any text messages from his phone, which has gone missing since screenshots of the text messages were sent to police. The accuser’s father, Nick Little, denied that he or his wife, former WCVB news anchor Heather Unruh, told their son to delete any messages.

“On one of the screenshots, one half of the conversation is missing, but I did not delete anything,” the accuser testified. “I gave what I had available at the time. I did not manipulate any of that.”
After a court recess, the accuser’s attorney, Mitchell Garabedian, said that his client wished to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination and to have the previous testimony stricken from the court record. Jackson then moved for the case to be dismissed.
“This entire case is completely compromised,” Jackson said. “[The accuser] is the sole witness who can establish the circumstances of this allegation on the night in question.”

Judge Thomas Barrett denied the motion to immediately dismiss, but acknowledged that “I don’t know what’s going to happen with [the accuser], whether the case is going to continue or collapse.”

The massage therapist who sued Kevin Spacey for sexual assault has died, according to court records.
Lawyers for Spacey filed a “notice of statement noting plaintiff’s death” in the federal case on Tuesday. They said they were informed on Sept. 11 that the masseur had “recently passed.”

Former Republican Congressman Trey Radel reacted to the news of the accusers death by insinuating that Spacey may have been behind it, as if Spacey the actor was a criminal mastermind on the level of one of his characters, like Keyser Soze.
    Frank Underwood returns https://t.co/1bn7RNTHM6
    — Trey Radel (@treyradel) September 18, 2019
Though the Congressman was likely joking, his tweet prompted a string of replies.
So the floodgate is open for rich people murdering their enemies now? That’s just a thing that’s happening now?
    — Budgorj (@budgorj1) September 18, 2019
Some raised the Vince Foster/Seth Rich conspiracy theory.
Isn’t Spacey a friend of the Clintons? Coincidence that they’ve had so many people associated with them die.
    — Barton Fairfax (@BartonFairfax) September 18, 2019
And one last twitter user noting the suspicious timing of the masseur's deat.
Well thats not suspicious at all......
    — LisaAnne (@LisaAnneGA) September 18, 2019
However, the masseur's death doesn't mean the lawsuit will be thrown out. It could be continued by the therapist’s estate in the wake of his death.

Does Kevin Spacey have ties to the Clintons? Perhaps they were responsible for this death.
