I don't think there's a single poster here who doesn't want that (except Zippy).

The issue is the left (and right) spread the most ridiculous lies about the tax cut, that 100% of the left fell for, and almost half of the right, in an effort to prevent the tax cut. Even a year later, when the only thing the haters have proven is that they HATE that you kept more of your money, they are still recycling the same retarded lies.

I think it was Lew Rockwell or Murray Rothbard who said voting doesn't mean you're a statist or not an ancap. You're just choosing the path that appears to restrict less liberty. Being happy about paying less taxes is not contradictory with being against an income tax at all; in fact, it is in agreement.

The people who told you this would raise taxes on the lower and middle class are the same people who said the internet was going to die when net neutrality ended. It is very low IQ blabbering.

You know, I don't think you'd believe me if I posted it. You seem pretty dead-set in your mind. Maybe go get a job where you earn enough to actually get something back.

Your posts smack of a liberal basement dweller who is upset that working people are actually getting a tax break, but because you work a part time job at a convenience store when you feel like making some beer money, your tax return sucks.

Are you of the belief that we have more than 5 politicians in D.C. that want to reduce the size and scope of the federal government?

I admit that I opted out of the slave class a while back, yes. I find much more relative enjoyment in working at what I wish to work at, when I wish to work at it. Right now, I'm sitting in the sun between two loving dogs, on 4 acres of land, listening to the tweets of birds and the rustle of leaves in the breeze. What were you doing at 2:35pm ET on 2-8-19? I couldn't very well oppose blowing people up on the other side of the planet and still actively choose to fund it, could I?

    -------------------------

So most of the resident Trump supporters have chimed in with their predictable reports hailing the changes. Anybody else? I probably should have made this thread a poll.

Some are benefiting, sure. Some apparently are not. Entire point of thread was to gauge RPF poster's experiences. Seems positive so far but it's interesting there's 600 views and only a few posters. I'm thinking most haven't done the taxes yet therefore no conclusions of the overall can be drawn yet.

    From post #27:
It is very pretty, almost everyone is getting a cut and the high tax states aren't being subsidized by everyone else nearly as much.

    Your propaganda is pitiful.
Welcome to trumpette central, formerly known as RPF, where up is down, black is white, and actual Ron Paul supporters are now "propagandists". Who is really the propagandist here? Since join dates only appear in posts by a month and year, the following numbers will be slightly inaccurate but nonetheless serve to illustrate the point.

devil21 joined RPF in Aug 2007, in the heat of Ron Paul's first Republican run for President, and has made 21021 posts. A join date of Aug 2007 roughly equates to 11 1/2 years, or 138 months. 52 weeks in a year plus 26 weeks gives 598 weeks. 598 weeks x 7 days gives 4186 days. This means that devil21 has averaged about 152.3 posts per month, 35.2 posts per week, and 5 posts per day.

The person accusing devil21 of propaganda joined RPF in Apr 2016, right at the time when the trumpettes were given free reign here despite the results of the infamous "evaluation thread", and after Rand Paul had ended his campaign for President. Does anyone think that this is just coincidence? This poster has made 32211 posts. A join date of Apr 2016 roughly equates to 34 months. 52 weeks x 3 years - 8 weeks gives 148 weeks. 148 weeks x 7 days gives 1036 days. This means that this person has averaged roughly 947.4 posts a month, 217.6 posts a week, and 31.1 posts a day.

The post count of devil21 is consistant with other 2007-8 members who have posted on a prolific basis, and this poster has a 10+ year history of consistantly speaking about the values of Ron Paul and freedom. In contrast, compare the posting history of the person accusing devil21 of propaganda. This person posts FAR more frequently than ANY genuine Ron Paul supporter on this site, no matter how prolific. Pick any genuine Ron Paul supporter here and do the math for yourself. Granted, a freedom bone is tossed here and there, but most of this poster's content is geared towards throwing emotional level firebombs, attempting to label anyone who dares speak out against his Authoritarian Idol as a "socialist" or "leftist", speaking in the most divisive terms possible, and attempting to get people to hate other people. To my knowledge, has never spoken of participating in any activist efforts to elect Ron Paul, Rand Paul, or any other Liberty Candidate.

It should have been readily obvious a long time ago what the poster accusing devil21 of propaganda is here to do, and it sure doesn't have anything to do with promoting liberty or electing liberty candidates. When a poster averages such exceptionally high post counts in the name of their Authoritarian Idol and tearing down those who truly do promote liberty, at all times of the day and evening, one questions when this person has time to actually make a living, or whether this is actually how they do so.

Thank you, invisible. I appreciate you taking the time to post that. I may not always be right about everything I post but the only "propaganda" I am guilty of posting is in defense of what this forum was created for and the man who it is named after and his ideals that stuck with so many people.

Ron Paul, when asked during a debate about income taxes, replied that any one's taxes going down means we're that much closer to -0- taxes. I don't recall the exact question but I vividly remember the reply: "That means we're halfway there!"

One of the few ways Ron is wrong, everyone must play by the same rules and it is even worse when those who are advantaged are the enemies of liberty, they have more money to spend spreading their poison and we have less to spread ours and their states suffer less than they should for their big government ways which makes people think that it isn't such a bad idea.

    1. Ron is wrong (but how exactly is completely garbled).

    3. Making people think he's trying to make people think by saying "making people think."

Honest question: Do you see the government as a moderator, and necessary to keep these "advantaged enemies" in check?

Another question: What are the weapons of these enemies - through what catalyst are they spreading their poison?

No, it is the entity that is making us pay for their socialism in their big government states and it must be made to stop doing that.

Political campaigns of the big government persuasion along with mass media and education.
They have more money for all those things and we have less because they make us subsidize their high tax states.

Good - so it seems that we both agree that a government which lacks power, is one that cannot be exploited by these interests. In other words, the government has to be extremely limited in what it can do, so that the playing field is level again. I think what Ron Paul is saying is that the government gets to choose winners and losers, and obviously it will pay favor to its "friends" when choosing. Strip the government of that power, and the playing field becomes more level.

Take your hate elsewhere leftarian, it will avail you nothing, I have plenty of company here among Ron's Conservertarian fans.

I'd just like point out for the rest of you what the purpose of this troll is. I'm mean, it's pretty well spelled out in this post. The aim of this troll is to divide. Hell, it's the aim of this whole show we're watching in government. Divide you into camps and pit you against each other. I can't blame you if this works on you These guys got their hands in the whole damned media - including these forums.

For the record, there are plenty of people here who know me and know that I could never be considered a "leftarian" - whatever the heck that is??? (Seems like just another term to divide people.) And they know I'm not an "anarchist". lol. I know people who give themselves all sort of labels, but they're all cool with me. Just don't get in my $#@! and don't get into other people's $#@!. That's my motto. But what I can't abide is some paid government shill to come in here and try to peel people away from each other.

But enough of us are onto you. That's when they send in the new guy to use the handle/avatar/whatever you want to call it. Buh-bye.

I came here and expressed opinion shared by many who were here long before I came and people who I hadn't attacked started persecuting me, YOU and your friends are the ones who tried to cause division and drive me away for daring to have different opinions than you.

The leftarian cries out in pain as he hits you.

People can read this. lol. It's not a differing opinion we mind. Hell, no two people have the same opinions on anything. At least I never met them. Differing opinions make the world interesting. I love hearing opinions.

No, it's this government division game you're playing. And to play it in a liberty forum is pretty damned despicable - you must really hate your job. And I'm sure it spills over into your home life.

But I'm so sad you feel "persecuted" (nice plea for sympathy, there. Which page is that on in the manual??)

You're not alone in noticing these curious facts, among others. +rep

I wish this fit into my signature.
    On Trump:
How conservative Republicans can continue to support this arrogant imposter—the man who brags about inflicting the world with the Covid mark of the beast; the man who said, “Take the guns first, go through due process second”; and the man who deliberately played and then set up Stewart Rhodes (of course, Stewart was all too eager to be Trump’s patsy) for an 18-year prison sentence—is truly beyond my comprehension.” Chuck Baldwin
