Ron wants this fairly soon. We can do this for April 15, with still some states on the calendar.

Tax day is PERFECT for this march. It also needs to be a weekday (unfortunately), but we want to be there when Washington is in town.

The more I thought about it, the more I started to believe that we don't need to do this on another red-letter day; i.e. Memorial Day, Tax Day, Independence Day, etc. We need to do it politicians people will be working in Washington. The beginning of June when school is out. On a weekday. Have our own NEW red-letter day.

If we call it "March for the Constitution" we will draw even more people to our cause.

The Constitution was ratified on June 21, 1788 - that falls on a Saturday this year.

Schools are out and it would not conflict with any other holiday....
It also gives us lots of time to gather suporters.

Let's do this!
