H Clinton Quote:
"If you go back and look at our history, we were most successful when we had that balance between an effective, vigorous government and a dynamic, appropriately regulated market. And we have systematicaqlly diminished the role and the responsibility of our government, and we have watched our market become imbalanced. I want to get back to the appropriate balance of power between government and the market." Tuesday Jan 22 2008 IHT Print edition.
Unless she is talking about a more hands on government, aka NO FED BANK and a gold standard, maybe that's a good thing, but somehow I worry what she is talking about. Whenever a Ron Paul repulican hears MORE GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT and REGULATED MARKET we worry.
The article goes on to talk about FDR's programs of the highways and the space program, like Clintons plan is to create the jobs the country needs within the government.
