You stop by a Casino Bar, clip a paper "No Tax on Tips" flyer to $1 bills, hand them to each bartender there and say "thank you for your hard work" "no more taxes on tips" "Ron Paul is the only one talking about this issue" "please come out and vote for Ron Paul" etc...
It's easy, they appreciate it, you feel good, they get educated, everyone wins, it took you 3 minutes.
How-to:
Print these small flyers on your printer, 6 per page so you don't need too many.
Download and print this PDF file, set your printer "Page Setup" to Landscape:

Get some small plastic paperclips (easier to carry around).
You can also give them whenever you eat out and leave a tip. This works good for local bars too.
No one cares that the flyer isn't fancy, they like the message and all the info is there, website, phone number, other issues like reducing spending etc..
I personally did this and the response was great! I wasn't sure what the feedback would be at first but they appreciate it and a lot of them didn't know Paul was for no taxes on tips or that a bill was introduced in congress.
Some of these guys are being taxed $2 to $4 per hour, even if they don't make that much in tips. One told me it was $8/hr where he worked, and he was at a slow, quiet bar off to the side.
Heck, have a drink, relax and chat with the bartenders!
If you need a different file format just post, I will do what I can to convert it. (and yes, I was generalizing about 3 bartenders per bar, maybe it's 5!)
