Forgive me if this has already been asked and answered, but I'm just getting home from work and getting my first look at the results.
Hillsdale did incredible, 17% voted for Paul, next door in Branch Paul only pulled 6%, and in surrounding areas he didn't do much better. Both counties have similar total votes, so why did the localized spike not carry over to the next county?
