Ron Paul & Associates, Inc. has been mentioned as being behind the newsletters. I'm having trouble finding who was on the board of directors. I did a Texas corporation search and Ron Paul is listed as a registered agent but that is all I see.

Any ideas? Here is what I have so far:

Well we have to keep in mind, that the newsletter could've been just a small offset of the activities of this corporation.

Me too. And that Jean McIver of the Texas part of the current campaign was involved with subscriptions. The more you look into this, the more it stinks. Do you mean to tell me ALL these people were a part of the corporation printing out this newsletter, but NONE of them gave a second look as to what was printed. Gimme a frickin' break.

The papers that you came up with are the articles of incorporation and ultimate dissolution of a legal business entity (a for-profit corporation) filed in the State of Texas. Except for establishing ownership of the corporate entity, they do nothing to show what business that entity conducted or who was running the day-to-day operations. It is basically a "corporate shell" that exists primarily for tax and liability reasons.
