I cannot verify how many delegates NH will offer. I have heard 24 but I am not sure.

Then the 1 delegate doesnt make sense if they are voting again later
Wyoming is kind of confusing. The way I understand it only some 800 people will be voting, so it will not be like many of the other primaries/caucuses. I think the remaining 2 delegates will be decided at the state convention.

Whens the state convention?
You can look up the number of candidates for each state in the "Call for the 2008 Republican National Convention" here.
It should therefore be 14 for WY and 12 for NH
Let's hope a miracle happens and RP gets the majority of delegates.. That'd swing him back into this race like nothing other.
Unless wikipedia is lying to us, it has 12 delegates.
