All of the emails in black text are malformed addresses that need to be corrected. Also, have you considered putting these into labeled text files and uploading them somewhere and providing a download link to the files?

Yeah, this list is not perfect... maybe someone can go through it and pick out the ones that are obviously not news outlets. I unfortunately picked up maybe 2% emails that are not news outlets... and when I converted from a list to a copy paste version, the data was shifted in some spots... I will work on it further... but feel free to help..

I will turn this into a text file with all the malformed addresses corrected. I will also post this text file on my website when it's ready. Give me a little time, I'm partial color blind and I can barely tell the difference in the color of the print.

Should I replace all the commas with semi-colons??? That seems to be a more common delimiter for email systems.

please do, it makes more sense as hotmail and gmail both use semicolons.

The major question in MY thread (which no one has responded to as of yet *sniff*) was: "How do I send MASS email?"

I have NO intention of spamming. I just don't have the time to write individual personalized missives to each and every one. Both my ***carolina.rr.com and ***@gmail account have strict limits on email recipients numbers (like, FIVE), so is there a bulk email software or freeware that anyone would recommend? I would very much appreciate it.

Or search google for bulk mailer or mass mailers...

you should be able to handle this whole list if you buy a server for like 5 bucks from godaddy

Make sure you at least try to follow the CAN SPAM ACT of 2003
although, you are not selling anything so you would not be commercial in nature.
