Thread: Wyoming Poll Data?

    Default Wyoming Poll Data?

I can't find any polls done in Wyoming, and it's caucus is before New Hampshire pn 1/5, and even with the penalty of loosing half its delegates it still has more than NH offers (14 to 12).

Any word on polling data? It seems like friendly territory a the pre NH boost would be incredible.

It's impossible to poll because the whole state is decided by 15 random hermits that show up to a caucus.

The WY caucus is on 1/5? Why don't we hear about at all on the news? Especially if it has more delegates than NH. Is it because Ron Paul could win it and they don't want to have to report that?

No, it's probably partly punishment for being moved so early, coupled with the fact that it's not a place with a lot of electoral influence. It may be early this year, but Wyoming isn't exactly mainstream in its politics, whereas NH has voted with the overall winner of the presidential election most of the time due to its plurality of independents.

this is good news for Paul I think, because the other candidates have probably been ignoring the state.

Isn't it not actually a caucus? I thought it was some weird convention system that involves caucuses but they don't really have much power.
