So obviously the weather in Iowa could have a huge impact on how well RP does compared to the other candidates in the upcoming caucuses.

That got me thinking of a few things:

1) Is it possible to "seed" clouds in the winter, thus generating our own winter storm?

2) If it is possible how much would it cost to do so over the higher population areas in Iowa

3) Is there any way to do this without the general population finding out and causing considerable backlash against RP?

OK, after doing the math - I took my leaf blower and blew it at a 45 degree angle NE for exactly 1.3 minutes. This should begin the "butterfly" effect that will ensure a very cold winter day for the Iowa Caucus. Note: I am consulting with a local Choctaw medicine man for advice on a back up plan. LOL
