There are several threads on this around here...it was painted by a young woman as a gift to her father...both are Paul supporters. There is a story about this at her website...I'm sure someone will be along with the URL any time...

She apparently drew and painted this for her father's birthday. I would also like to point out that she is the artist we can thank for the Maddox comic book, and work on his book "The Alphabet of Manliness". If you don't know who Maddox is, and you like foul mouthed, wickedly sarcastic humor, just google "best page in the universe".

Um...ever hear of copyrights and intellectual property?? You can't just MODIFY original art and reduce the artist's signature like that and expect it can be mass-marketed without the artist's permission.. Not legal and not cool.
