Need a ride from Kansas City around 12:00 on the 27th

Hey Liberty Lovers, I'm going to be returning from the family and flying in the Kansas City on the 27th, at 11:35AM. I should be ready to go by noon. Will driving from there or passing through there be able to come by the KC airport at Noon on 12/27? I would greatly appreciate it, the greyhound would get into desmoines at midnight!!
