Certainly will discourage poultry & egg business ventures. I know for years they have been cracking down on people with chickens. I am sure this is just more reason to do so. Anybody that thinks they will just raise their own chickens and have eggs better think again.
My suspicion is this is the way to take away the perfect food that was not so expensive and raise the price beyond what people can afford. Eggs will no longer be a simple, inexpensive, wholesome meal that anyone can have.
Cheap and nutritious.
