    SCOTUS Replacements

    Thomas is 76.
    Alito is 74.
Sotomayor is 70 and Roberts will be 70 in January.

I don't think there's any way that Roberts will resign while the Court is "off balance". He seems to like split decisions. Sotomayor has diabetes, but she can probably make it through the next 4 years.

As much as I like them, I think Thomas and Alito need to resign in the next 2 years while Trump still has the Senate. With Gorsuch, Barrett and Kavanaugh still relatively young, Trump has an opportunity now to secure a more traditional Supreme Court for a generation.

Trump needs to have Thomas select all replacements.

I definitely agree that Thomas should retire within a year or two into Trump's second term. The last thing Thomas wants to see is a Democratic president being the one to replace him.

Miriam Adelson, the billionaire "libertarian" technocrats in Silicon Valley, the MIC and the mega mega MAGA donors will never let Massie on the presidential ticket, anymore than they would Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin or Mike Badnarik.

    Other than that, ping-pong, they don't care if it's an R or a D.

Sure, that's fine, he's a good one. I'll leave that for you guys to deal with. In my self-absorbed world, once I give in to that, I may as well go all in, which I refuse to do. I don't want to have faith or trust in government, any more than I would have with a neighbor down the street. I'm trying to to turn people away from big and top-down government, not push them into it ;-)

Delusional leftists are now saying Sotomayor should announce her retirement and have Biden pick her replacement with the remaining time he has left in office so that Trump doesn't get the opportunity to.
