    Official Thread: 2024 Vote Fraud

Around 10% to 27% of noncitizens living in the United States are illicitly registered to vote, which could see up to 2.7 million illegal votes being cast in the November presidential election.
The significant amount of potential illegal votes could be enough to help Democrats repeat 2020.
According to a study from the research institute Just Facts, the 2022 U.S. census recorded approximately 19 million adult noncitizens.
“Given their voter registration rates, this means that about 2 million to 5 million of them are illegally registered to vote,” the report observes.

“These figures are potentially high enough to overturn the will of the American people in major elections, including congressional seats and the presidency.”
James Agresti, president of Just Facts, discussed the scope of noncitizens casting ballots ad its implications.
“[T]here are very broad openings for noncitizens to vote,” he explained.
“In no state in the nation are they required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote. Now, a couple of states like Arizona tried to enact that requirement, but they were blocked by a court ruling supported by the Obama administration,” he added.

“And if you look at the federal voter-registration form, it says you can submit all different forms of ID to register.”
“That could be a Social Security number; it could be a driver’s license number; or it could just be a utility bill.”
“I mean, these are things that anyone can get by living here. They do not prove you’re a U.S. citizen.”
“And more than that, a lot of noncitizens have faked Social Security numbers, especially illegal immigrants. That’s what they do to work.”
“A recent estimate by the Social Security Administration tallied 2.5 million noncitizens who had Social Security numbers gained by using fake birth certificates or stealing those numbers from somebody else.”
The Daily Signal reported that Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at The Heritage Foundation and board member of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, concurred. (Heritage founded The Daily Signal in 2014.)
“[T]he problem is, states aren’t doing very much to verify citizenship, so it’s extremely easy for someone who’s not a citizen to register to vote and to vote in elections,” he remarked during Monday’s edition of “Washington Watch.”
“And when that is discovered, oftentimes nothing is done about it.
Agresti went on to point out the effect that lax enforcement of citizen verification could have in November.
“[B]ased on the latest available data, approximately 1 million to 2.7 million noncitizens are going to vote in the upcoming presidential election unless something changes. And that is more than enough to tip the results of congressional races, Senate races, and yes, the U.S. presidency.”
    Von Spakovsky echoed Agresti’s concerns.
“[I]t doesn’t matter whether they’re black or white, Asian or Hispanic. It doesn’t matter which political party they support. Every time an alien illegally votes, that alien is voiding, negating the vote of a citizen, no matter which political party they support,” he contended.
“And the Democrats just don’t seem to want to understand that or to basically ignore it.”
Agresti further reflected on the motivations behind the Democrats’ opposition to efforts to improve election integrity.

“[I] t’s always hard to read people’s minds, but I can tell you this: The vast bulk of these noncitizens are voting for Democrats.”
“According to the best data we have, about 80% of them will vote for Democrats when they vote illegally.”
“And Democrats are fighting tooth and nail to prevent any kind of checking of people’s citizenship. It does benefit them. Is that their reasoning? It’s an obvious incentive, but I can’t read their minds.”
Earlier this month, House Republicans attempted to address the issue by introducing a bill that would require proof of citizenship to register to vote and would remove noncitizens from existing voter rolls.
But Agresti expressed doubt about the bill’s chances of passage. “My guess is it will move in the House and die in the Senate, but that’s just an educated guess. And again, even if somehow it got through the Senate, there’s no way [President] Joe Biden’s signing that bill.”

In 2014, the academic journal Electoral Studiespublished a groundbreaking study by three scholars who estimated how frequently non-citizens were illegally voting. Based on data for the 2008 presidential and congressional elections, the study found that:

    • “roughly one quarter of non-citizens” in the U.S. “were likely registered to vote.”
    • “6.4% of non-citizens actually voted.”
    • 81.8% of them “reported voting for Barack Obama.”
    • illegal votes cast by non-citizens “likely” changed “important election outcomes” in favor of Democrats, “including Electoral College votes” and a “pivotal” U.S. Senate race that enabled Democrats to pass Obamacare.

The study’s voter registration rate was estimated with data from two key sources:

    1. A national survey in which 14.8% of non-citizens admitted that they were registered to vote.
    2. A database of registered voters that reveals what portion of the surveyed non-citizens “were in fact registered” even though “they claimed not to be registered.”

By combining these data, the author’s “best” estimate was that 25.1% of non-citizens were illegally registered to vote.
The authors calculated voter turnout with the same datasets, but their methodology yielded a best estimate that 6.4% of non-citizens voted in 2008—lower than the 8.0% of non-citizens who stated “I definitely voted” and explicitly named the candidate they voted for. This and other matters led Just Facts to engage in extensive correspondence with the lead author of the study to verify practically every detail of it.
Just Facts then conducted a comparable study that used the same datasets, a more straightforward methodology, and related studies to constrain assumptions. This found that roughly 27% of non-citizens were registered to vote and about 16% of them voted in the 2008 national elections.

    “6.4% of non-citizens actually voted.”
Wow. If they concentrated them all in one district they could totally steal a mayor's office. If the town wasn't too big.

6.4 percent of almost one percent of the population. No wonder Republicans are more ate up with this than dead people voting , mail in ballots and Dominion machines combined.

Either that or the ARMSM is doing a heckofa job using it to distract MAGA from the real problems.

GA swung on less than 12000 votes in 2020.

AZ swung on less than 11000 votes in 2020.

WI swung on less than 20000 votes in 2020.

A change in those three states would have changed the overall outcome in 2020.

The only question is: why are you running interference for them?

Seriously. Pointing out that one state out of fifty took a stab at eliminating one of the two known, long standing problems proven to have already been at the heart of the 2020 debacle, and using that as an excuse to say, 'Ignore those big problems and look at this little problem! Well they've been trying for years and apparently it's not working.

RealID, e-verify, voter ID... and it's still not finding the thing that they "know" is there.

It's really just another example of Trump's total failure to hold Democrats accountable.

He could have gone after the governors, secretaries of state, and mayors, anyone allowing non-citizens to vote
in federal elections - a federal crime - which he could have charged them all and subpoenaed the ballots as evidence.

Here he was complaining about it in 2020, that states are violating the law.

    https://www.politifact.com/factcheck...ederal-electi/

But he didn't actually DO anything about it.

Just like he didn't actually DO anything about all the sanctuary states and cities in violation of federal laws,
by arresting Democrat lawbreakers. They refused to cooperate, and he just folded like a cheap Walmart tent.

If he doesn't take his duty seriously, I'm not going to take him seriously, either.

Florida had an "election police force" in 2020. It was all hyped up. Out of 11 million voters they found 20 that voted illegally. This is a made up issue.

It dovetails with the manufactured invasion and distracts people from mail-in ballots, which certainly is not a made up issue.

They have people focused on the wrong problem. Republicans are so intent on the molehill they forgot about the mountain.

I don't know for certain but so far that has been debunked because there is no evidence supporting it.

But, here is what I found:

    - Georgia - Brian Pritchard, a First Vice Chair of the Republican state party, was sanctioned by the Georgia State Board of Elections for voting at least 9 times.

    - Colorado - Jordahni Rimpel was charged by the state with one felony count of attempt to influence a public servant and one misdemeanor count of perjury after submitting fraudulent signatures for a Republican candidate ballot petition in the 2022 Republican primary for the 7th congressional district.

    - Kentucky - Leslie Jackson, of Barren County, was charged by the state with one felony count of wrongful registration after her participation in a conspiracy by the Jackson family to bribe voters or obtain blank ballots from registered voters to help elect James "Darrell" Jackson, a Monroe County Constable, to the position of Monroe County Jailor, during the 2022 Republican primary election.

    - Kentucky - Mary Jackson, of Tompkinsville was charged by the state with one felony count of engaging in organized crime, one felony count of second degree forgery, and six felony counts of making or receiving expenditures for voting after her participation in a conspiracy by the Jackson family to bribe voters or obtain blank ballots from registered voters to help elect James "Darrell" Jackson, a Monroe County Constable, to the position of Monroe County Jailor during the 2022 Republican primary election.

    - Kentucky - James "Darrell" Jackson, a Monroe County Constable, was charged by the state with one felony count of engaging in organized crime and 5 felony counts of making or receiving expenditures for voting after participating in a conspiracy by the Jackson family scheme to bribe voters or obtain blank ballots from registered voter during the 2022 Republican primary election to help secure his election as Monroe County Jailor. Jackson conspired with at least six others in his scheme.

    - Alabama - David Cole, a Republican member of the Alabama House of Representatives from the 10th District, was charged by the state with one felony count of false registration after falsely claiming he resided in Alabama’s 10th state house district during the 2022 Primary and General Election. He also voted in 2022 in the 10th district even though he lived in District 4.

    - Florida - Robert Rivernider Jr., a Republican Party activist and Donald Trump supporter, was charged by the state in Sumter County with 3 felony counts forgery of public records, fraud in connection with casting a vote, and passing a counterfeit instrument after submitting an absentee ballot that was not his own during the 2020 General Election.

    - New York - John "Jack" Burkman, and his partner, Jacob Wohl, (both Republican operatives) were involved in a robocall phone scheme in which thousands of calls were made in the name of a non-existent group called Project 1599 to voters in Ohio, Michigan, New York, Pennsylvania, and Illinois urging voters not to vote by mail during the summer of 2020. The robocalls, which were designed to suppress the vote in predominantly black communities, falsely stated that voting by mail could lead to voter information being harvested by law enforcement, debt collectors, and other government agencies to enforce outstanding warrants and collect outstanding debts.

    - North Carolina - Ginger S. Eason, of Wake County, was charged by the state for her role in connection with an absentee ballot trafficking scheme to benefit Republican congressional candidate Mark Harris during the 2016 general and 2018 primary elections.

    - New Jersey - Frederick Gattuso, former Carteret Republican mayoral candidate, was charged with one count of fraudulent voting for voting twice during the November 2020 presidential election as different people with similar names. Gattuso pleaded guilty to one count of tampering with public records and was sentenced to one year of probation.

    - Pennsylvania - Francis Presto of South Park, a registered Republican, requested and cast an absentee ballot on behalf of his deceased wife. He was charged with felonies for interfering with an election and unlawful use of a computer and a misdemeanor charge for forging a ballot.

    - Cheryl Hall, a Republican and supporter of President Donald Trump, falsely submitted at least voter registrations in which she altered the party affiliation from Democrat to either Republican or no party affiliation in connection with the 2020 presidential primary election.

    - Kansas - Steve Watkins, a former Republican congressman from Kansas, listed a postal box at a UPS store as his residence on a state voter registration form while living temporarily at his parents’ home during a 2019 municipal election. Watkins was charged with three felonies - voting without being qualified, knowingly voting with more than one advance ballot, and interfering with the investigation intending to obstruct.

    - Donald Hartle, a Republican, was charged with two state felonies for voting twice in the 2020 general election, once under his own name and a second time via absentee ballot using his deceased wife's name.

    - Registered Republican Ralph Holloway Thurman voted twice in the 2020 presidential election. After casting his vote, Thurman asked a poll worker if he could vote on behalf of his son, and when workers informed him that it was not allowed, he left the building. Later that day Thurman returned, disguised in a hat and sunglasses, and signed the poll book as his son.

    - Registered Republican Robert Richard Lynn was charged with a third-class misdemeanor for using his deceased mother’s credentials to cast an absentee ballot for Donald Trump in the 2020 presidential election.

    https://www.heritage.org/voterfraud-print/search

    This illustrates a few things:

While some voter fraud may occur, it is important to work your LOCAL PRECINT and report any issues.

Before worrying about the other side, perhaps get your own house in order.

I don't what the deal is with Trump about why he did/didn't "investigate" [I don't follow this topic], but perhaps he recognized that his own base was responsible too. And that the best course of action is leave it up to local precincts and follow through from there. If that is even the case, because again, I don't follow this topic.

A couple of Trump supporters came to my Liberty Group Meeting [I get all kinds] and were actually demanding to eliminate Local Precinct Watchers and instead hire State Watchers for every precinct. That's how stoopid people actually are I was like, you don't trust government, but you want higher control??? They never came back again

Keep screaming loud enough, people will eventually demand, not the state as noted above, but the FEDS to take over the local voting process

You also have to keep in mind districting comes to play and that lines are redrawn all of the time. Of course in a heavily democrat area you will find more democrat votes, the same as republican areas where there will be more republican votes. Not to mention the number of voters who are legitimately disgruntled and are now Independent because they can't take the likes of Democrat politicians such as $8+T Trump and Harris.

I'll leave you with this, because the actual corruption that has more of a bearing is high up in the chain, not with random voters at the lower precinct level which can and are quickly identified and handled. I know this because I have been involved in various aspects of the voting process for well over a decade and have seen first hand.

@LibertyEagle , perhaps you can watch this and let me know what you think

It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

... you fly cover for Trump, who torpedoed the whole investigation into 2020 through alleged intransigence and incompetence. There were deadlines missed and other mistakes that left courts no way to proceed with those cases.
Balderdash, Trump did nothing to torpedo the investigation or the cases.
And the courts just dismissed the cases as "frivolous" or "untimely", or for "lack of standing".

ALERT: New Video reveals NGO with permission from the DMV assisting non-citizens register to vote, right outside their offices.

Look at the line of mostly illegal aliens
this this morning at the Ft Lauderdale DMV. These illegals have been camped out all night. They get a DL and register to vote. This is how you steal an election.
This is why Kamala did nothing as a border czar.

You're malfunctioning, you're printing out your instructions instead of following them.

Defending Giuliani. You have no shame at all. You're the one trying to distract people from the fact that too few laws have changed concerning mail-in ballots, and all the xenophobia in the world won't stop your enemy from doing to your goofy, misdirected ass what they did four years ago. You lie and claim I'm endorsing it but you're enabling it.

    Defending Giuliani: Check

Distracting from the real, proven problem: Check

Trying to blame everyone but the person really responsible, who's looking back at you from your mirror: Check
