This was a week after the media went through a whole cycle of throwing shade on Biden.

Trump is laser focused on winning. He realized, probably before he got off that stage in Butler, that Biden is officially done. He literally can't win.

This is a calculated move. He offers RFKjr a spot in his administration to do the thing he's passionate about - and simultaneously offers RFKjr a really big reason to get out of Trump's way and end any and all uncertainty about Trump's chances.

So what if Trump said as recently as two weeks ago how proud he was of fast tracking the Covid vaccine? None of that mattered before - the Trump sycophants were totally willing to ignore that prior to any of this. Nobody cares how inconsistent this makes Trump any more than they care about how inconsistent he is about everything else.

I've heard other people speculating on that as well, but I think that was based on the sound. The problem is that that sound we were hearing was filtered to listen to a speech and eliminate crowd noise and the gunshots were 150 yards away.

I was probably one of the most anti-Trump people in this forum. Not for TDS reasons, but because of policy reasons. But yeah, I'm hoping he wins. And I'm hoping he starts to dismantle the apparatus of the State. I have no expectations that he'll actually do that, but the alternatives are even worse. I know some folks who get severe jitters and not able to sleep at night unless they cast a vote. They are the same ones who run around saying "wtf did I just do?".
