    Mitch just had a Mitch McConnell moment at the RNC

    Calls on the state of Kentucky.

    Mitch is supposed to be the speaker.

    Eternal delay follows.

    Woman next to him keeps cutting her eyes towards him like, "say something, for fk's sake."

    Starts to get booed by convention as he finally begins to speak, and rightfully so.
