It would not be the best choice by far. The amount of energy left in the projectile after 150 yards is probably not enough to kill a human at that point. Unless a lucky hit in an artery or something very vital. But accuracy wise there's no reason good accuracy can't be maintained with 22lr at those distances. Would a .223 round be much more suitable giving it's an actual rifle round and not some mini pistol round shot from a rifle. So yeah, impossible, no, highly impractical, yes. The low amount of kickback would allow for quick and accurate shot placing after having been sighted in however...

Contrail is about a ft long I would say. 2700fps this would be an exposure of 1/2700th second. Even my old DSLR goes up to 1/8000th of a second. It's in broad daylight so not even that crazy to have fast shutter speeds.
