Cops train and re-qualify constantly. There must be thousands of stories of when the shooting starts, they can empty their clips without hitting a thing.
One local story had someone pull out a gun on something like four cops, point blank range. Every cop emptied his pistol, and IIRC, the guy was only hit once, in the belt buckle, which stopped the bullet.

Thanks. It was pretty scary there for awhile. I knew so many people who were at the rally. I was watching live looking for faces in the crowd when all hell broke loose and they cut the live feed. About 10 seconds after the shots, you could hear a lady shrieking, so I figured there were others hit but we didn’t get any names until the next day. Luckily, I didn’t know the victims directly, but it’s a small town.
On a more conspiratorial note, I do wonder why they held it at the Farm Show…. He had a rally 4 years ago about 5 miles away at the Butler Airport. But I guess there weren’t any buildings they could call “outside the perimeter “ there.

Was it ever confirmed that Trump was wearing a bulletproof vest underneath his suit? It would explain why the shooter didn't try to go for a body shot because he knew it wouldn't lead to his death.

Well even before the shooting, Trump had this won. He just had to sit back and do nothing. Never stop an enemy when he is in the middle of making a mistake.
I do hope his brush with death will make a change in Trump, maybe he will tone down some of the more inflammatory stuff.

People have posted other side by side comparisons of the dead guy and Maxwell Yearick, who was arrested at a Trump rally in 2016.

Not particularly. It seems to me that the media follow marching orders without questioning them. They all spew the same narrative. There wouldn't need to be much of an excuse for the news to cover the rally. It could have been as simple as Biden is demented, Cover the Trump rally, interview his followers, get anything to discredit him or his movement.

Uniting America is not possible when considering the extreme views valued by the un-united.
I am all in favor of Trump self improvement but, the USA needs to challenge the Deep State and remove those behind the curtains.
The pure evil needs to be called out for what it is and those on both the left and right that are crazy need to be called out for their craziness instead of being put in control or being allowed to ruin or subdue those of moral superiority.
