Yes it's true. It's in an interview she did.

That building in particular has a sloped roof at its highest point, and so, you know, there’s a safety factor that we considered. We didn’t want to put someone on a sloped roof, so the decision was made to secure the building from the inside

I read her statement. She needs firing. And at least the 2 clueless, bumbling, female agents. I heard one of them asking “what are we doing?”, after the many shots were fired and most of the agents were already on the stage. This is our best??

Hopefully, the dad can provide insight as to how much the shooter practiced; the dad apparently had a dozen or so guns.

I enjoyed a Project Appleseed weekend a few years ago, where we learned techniques for distance shooting. They recommend a 10/22 with nice iron sights, and the targets are at 25m, with appropriate squares representing 100, 200, and 300 yard shots, and "Morgan's Shingle," a "250 yard" shot.

I did ok after just a few hours on little paper targets, with a nice 5-second cadence. I didn't have the stress of being surrounded by trained snipers, having an LEO see me, then having to rapidly reset, and squeeze off some rounds for a head shot. Using iron sights.

It'd be informative to understand how often he trained/practiced.

Are they really trying to false-flagify this ex post facto?

Trump schmump. Liberals have been conspiracy theorists since before Trump was born. Woodrow Wilson used theories about Republicans conspiring as an excuse to execute most of his and House's conspiracies.

Talking like they invented all this stuff just for Trump is a form of deification born of an ignorance of history.

Is it my imagination, or are these the type of people who are first to screech, "conspiracy theorist!" when people question the wisdom of maintaining a big government?

Like I said the other day. STILL no evidence Crooks did not emerge from INSIDE THE BUILDING.
Evidence now says he did NOT use a ladder. The building is owned by a member of the CFR and Brookings Institution.

There's a photo of the ladder against the wall of the enclosed walkway between buildings. It would be no more difficult for a twenty year old to climb from the top rung to the roof of the walkway than it was to climb from the walkway to the building itself.

And I don't see any roof hatches, or windows over that walkway, anyway. Anyone inside would have to go outside to get to the roof unless they had a Sawzall. So why are you chasing this nothing burger? Just have a taste for COINTEL?

Seriously. We know the cops inside that building of a CFR member saw the shooter multiple times, doing suspicious $#@!, and even took a pic of him. And nothing was done to stop him. Why isn't that enough? Why make the people who pass that verifiable information along look foolish by spewing this foolishness?

It sounds like discussion about the possibility of a .22lr having been used here is purely academic at this point. But shooting a small square at 25 meters that is supposed to represent a greater distance doesn't include factoring in drop and drift. For a .22lr, especially if it's a subsonic one, those factors are quite significant at a distance of 150 yards (e.g. a drop of over 2 feet, and a drift that depends on wind speed, but could easily be 6 inches). A person would have to train on targets that are actually that distance and learn how to compensate for those factors (don't get me wrong, this is something that ordinary shooters can practice and learn--I'm skeptical this kid has). With more powerful rounds the drop and drift at that distance are much smaller.
There is nothing to fear from globalism, free trade and a single worldwide currency, but a globalism where free trade is competitively subsidized by each nation, a continuous trade war is dictated by the WTO, and the single currency is pure fiat, fear is justified. That type of globalism is destined to collapse into economic despair, inflationism and protectionism and managed by resurgent militant nationalism.

Just because there was "a ladder" on site doesn't mean Crooks used it, or that it was his. Look at the link I posted in the photo above.
The investigation right now says it looks like Crooks did NOT use his ladder. The first images of him show him already on the roof.
He bought a five-foot ladder and it is NOT on the site. And it is NOT long enough anyway.

A person can't buy more than one ladder. Right.

Shut up and find me a roof hatch.
