I'm not a leftist and I've already thrown out that possibility because it would be so easy to pull off.
The reality of this hinges on if other people were hit which it sounds like may be the case.
Sounds like maybe a low caliber firearm. (though hard to tell from the mics being focused towards the stage).
I suppose it is possible in the moment of shock from the initial shots, to be hit and not necessarily have an obvious physical reaction.
