    In this video I discuss the major domino that has dropped for the city of San Francisco with Google announcing that they are closing their 300,000 square foot office building in downtown San Francisco which is a huge deal for the city.

    Looks like the soy latte business might be in trouble in the Gay Bay.

    Commercial Real Estate will be in big trouble. Imagine having a building that size become vacant. There is a space where Block Buster had a store many years ago that is still vacant here.
    Probably AI will create a nearly jobless tech industry.

    id say location and size will have a lot to do with commercial real estate drop, in few areas that still have industry it will remain valuable , service economy not
