So the verdict is not guilty presumably.

    Guilty on all counts...

It seems that the jury pool doesn’t engage in special privileges for elite Democrats. Kind of makes sense. The universe likes balance, so time to convict the other side. Then again, what percentage of govt prosecutions result in convictions?

Will we see a Second Amendment based appeal?

up to 25 years prison for a mistake on a government form? Seems excessive just a wee bit. Why exactly is drug use relevant to our second amendment rights? He should go to jail for multiple other things, but this seems like it can be overturned on appeal.

That's the point. This gun trial is a distraction for the real crimes Hunter and Joe committed. Hunter serves probation and the real crimes are forgotten.

There's a lot of that going around.

I'll be dipped, I would have bet money on an acquittal.

    'murika loves a Cinderella story.

Hunter could just as easily be Delaware's next senator with or without a felony.

I agree. Who gives a crap about a gun crime that shouldn't even be a crime? Meanwhile a ukranian energy company was paying hunter biden millions as an "advisor". We're heading towards nuclear war with russia and hunter biden is right in the middle of the action. It's like giving ted bundy a speeding ticket.

Yea but if Bundy was speeding.
You know traffic stops have a way of escalating into way more than what the person got pulled over for.

Let's start charging everyone who used their connections to presidents to get paid to be an "advisor" or otherwise given money for no apparent reason.

This was rigged to look "fair and balanced" in support of Trump's ridiculous illegal and unconstitutional conviction.
They'll find some way to let Hunter off easy.

Nah, not everyone. Just the serious cases like this one where it involves the president, hundreds of billions of dollars of payments, and war with the most heavily armed nuclear country.

That's exactly what I was thinking. The trump and hunter biden convictions were designed to keep the biden regime in power. The idea that hunter biden's conviction proves the biden doj is fair is laughable. They don't give a crap if hunter biden spends time in jail, they want to win!

Hundreds of billions of dollars you say. Very serious indeed.
