    USMCA = United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement

    Well ... at least they didn't stick a "free trade" euphemism in the title, like they did for NAFTA.

    Their cynical and manipulative use of the term "free trade" is every bit as empty and bogus as their use of terms such as "affordable care" and "inflation reduction" (vis-à-vis the "Affordable Care Act" and the "Inflation Reduction Act", for example) - and for exactly the same reasons.

    Whenever they say "free trade", what they actually mean is "[micro-]managed trade". [...]

    I can tell you first hand that some of the folks who are in-the-know in Mexico are not happy with it either. Folks here complain about them, but they likewise complain about U.S. politicians meddling into their business there. We get along just fine and end on a good note when we agree that it's the politicians and lobbyists in both countries controlling the lives of ordinary people.

    I guess he created it so the Supreme Court could kill it once and for all, but got suckered by the Deep State into believing that the judges he appointed as justices would be his sycophants but were in fact their sycophants.

    Was that a long enough run-on sentence?
