This is a propaganda phrase we should be well familiar with, used to justify wars such as those in Iraq and Ukraine.

It goes something like this...
Concerned citizen: "100,000 children died."
Elite US kleptocrat: "No regrets. That is the price of freedom."

But the same US elite-aligned control freaks also will do something like this:
Concerned citizen: "Only 30 children died all of last year from large rifle mass shootings."
Elite US kleptocrat: "OH YOU LIKE DEAD CHILDREN? HOW CAN WE NOT BE TAKING THE GUNS?????"

Clearly, freedom is not a concern to them at all, or dead children. Instead what they care about is their control over you or others, quite clearly. Let's fix the two statements.

Concerned citizen: "100,000 children died."
Elite US kleptocrat: "We realize that taking your large rifles will allow for more control over foreign citizens, so dead children be damned."

Concerned citizen: "Only 30 children died all of last year from large rifle mass shootings."
Elite US kleptocrat: "We realize that taking your large rifles will allow for more control over you US citizens, dead children be damned. BTW, give us more money for ARs to Ukraine."

Once it clicks in your head, is there any motivation for US citizens to cheerlead these kleptocratic ghouls? I guess it's more of a messaging thing - how do we make it click?
