Thread: Melei wants the third Jewish built to fulfill prophesy

  1. #61
Yes, @ClaytonB, I know about all of this. The churches are Satanic. I'm not churchy but those who are really need to stay the hell away from them.
My two daughters and I were gang-raped by some of the Newcomers. It landed us in the hospital for 3 weeks as several bones were broken. I don't blame them, it was a sexual emergency and I wasn't about to go all white privilege and deny them the release they needed, especially after being stuck in a hotel for months. I see the Newcomers as family now. They are on our side and will help us stop Trump. It is a small price to pay. Anything but Trump.

As Breitbart News reported, Milei went directly from the airport to pray at the Western Wall, or Kotel, the holiest site in Judaism. Before wrapping up his visit, he also made an unannounced, late-night return visit there, where he prayed, and danced, and sang.

Both of the rescued hostages, Fernando Simon Marman, 61, and Louis Har, 70, are Argentinian immigrants to Israel. Har was greeted by family members upon his release, including several grandchildren who were wearing Argentinian soccer jerseys.

Such patterns have led many observers to note the power of prayer. One viral video goes further, suggesting that Milei may be a messenger whose arrival heralds the coming of the Messiah ...

I disagree with the last part. There's no necessary connection between the modern nation-state of Israel and the ancient people of Israel and their temple in Jerusalem. The last time there was a Judean temple there, the land was under the rule of the Roman Empire, and when that temple was first built, the land was under the rule of the Persian Empire, and it was under orders of the Persian emperor himself that construction began.

Biblical prophecy is something lots of Christians have varying interpretations of, including prophecies that pertain to Israel (the biblical one, not the modern nation-state) and their Temple, as well as prophecies about massive wars in that land. God has ways of surprising us in how be brings about his plans. But regardless what means he uses, being able to see his hand behind world events, including wars and other evils, and see how he works all things for good, regardless of one's approach to prophecy, is a feature of Christian theology, not a failing. And being able to do that isn't the same thing as endorsing or wanting those evils for their own sake.
There is nothing to fear from globalism, free trade and a single worldwide currency, but a globalism where free trade is competitively subsidized by each nation, a continuous trade war is dictated by the WTO, and the single currency is pure fiat, fear is justified. That type of globalism is destined to collapse into economic despair, inflationism and protectionism and managed by resurgent militant nationalism.

I can't believe a guy who rejects Jesus and wants to bring about the antichrist is a disappointment. The false hope in this guy is quite hilarious.

Although I've edited Wiki hundreds of times, it's mostly a time waster. Wiki is mostly agenda-driven especially in certain topics.
I knew von Harnack was a liberal but he remains a top scholar in the English language (most of the best are not even translated)

so hopefully someone else can demand that at least some of the SEVEN controversial claims are backed, removed or adjusted.

p.s. even if you think Jesus was a Jew, he still wasn't a Jew. Bye.

Except the name, which itself is significant (why is God allowing them to use that name?) The way I like to say it is this: the ancient, faithful Israelites who obeyed Torah would not be able to recognize this "Israel" with its gay-pride parades and craven culture of self-advancement at any cost, including utter disregard for Torah. So, modern Israel is a kind of prophetic duality or "quantum superposition" to use a buzzword. On the one hand, this State is using that name and God is not preventing it. On the other hand, they are clearly living nothing like God's chosen people are expressly commanded to live in the Torah (Deut. 10:17-19, Lev. 19:32-34, Exo. 22:21-24), which is supposed to be the basis of their claim to live there in the first place. It's not my place to "judge" them, but from a prophetic standpoint, there is no way that the present state of "Israel" is a fulfillment of the prophecies in Is. 65:17ff and other places (Deut. 30:3,4, Amos 9:14,15, Jer 23:3-8, Jer 31:8-10, etc.) But as you say, God may surprise us and flip the Agenda of the wicked on its head.

I agree with you about the name. The name choice for the modern nation-state is propadandistic. And very effective.

I disagree with it, too. What I meant was that the state of Israel uses biblical and/or religious justifications for this and Milei is agreeing with that, which is disappointing. And, I don't mean his personal religious views but that he would endorse something that will result in SHTF mass violence and killing - as if there's not enough of it, already.

FFS, those $#@!s want to slaughter innocent and helpless animals for this event. Abomination.

Well, he's not a disappointment to the Jews, is he? Not sure who you're referring to about false hope. I would assume everyone here is primarily interested in his economic philosophy and if he can turn $#@! around in Argentina. This third temple stuff came as a surprise, though I had read he leaned Jewish. It's way beyond that, now. I don't see as consistent with the principal of non aggression.

One of the signs of the end-times will be that the Antichrist (perhaps yet behind the scenes) will be able to orchestrate this peacefully. Prophecy states that he will make a "covenant" (peace-treaty/pact/agreement) with Israel, and somewhere along the way, the temple will be rebuilt. He will then betray this peace-agreement and my view is that this will itself be the abomination of desolation, that is, the Antichrist is going to let them rebuild the temple (making the way for that to happen, politically, without the mass war you fear), and then once it's completed, instead of bringing back the Old Testament (as the rebellious Jews who will cooperate with this are trying to do, so they can pretend that Jesus never happened), the Antichrist is going to drive them out of the temple and seat himself there, and flatly proclaim that he is literally God-on-earth. And so will commence the Great Tribulation. As noted before, I reject the idea of the rapture as some kind of mass-abduction to the Jesus UFO, so sadly, those of us who are still on the earth at that time (whether this generation or a future one) are going to undergo the greatest persecution that has ever happened. And I believe that God is going to deliver us out of that persecution, just as he led the Israelites through the wilderness of Sinai with a pillar of cloud, and pillar of fire. The wilderness wandering is logistically impossible, when you think about it. Literally nothing grows out there. There is no water. It's a million degrees all year except during winter. And they were out there for 40 years. Estimates are around 1.5-2 million people. But God led them through that by miraculous power, and that is how he will deliver the church during the Great Tribulation, not via a mass UFO abduction...

The guy is a hardcore Zionist who wants unfettered immigration. The end goal of these two combinations is population replacement. Argentina is arguably the whitest country on the entire continent. Coincidence? You decide.

Sure, his stance on the regulatory state is theoretically decent, but why take the chance?

Without a welfare state drawing immigrant in, it might look very different from what's going on in the US and Europe. Then again, it could attract something like Canada where citizenship is for sale to those with money, like the Chinese who buy up property only as an investment, which is really bad.

I don't agree with selling off state assets. either. Something like water should never be owned by anyone but belong to everyone. Just hire private parties to purify and take care of infrastructure. Same for minerals under the ground. Contract removing them but pay a dividend to the people like they do in Alaska or Norway.

Zionism, as it's been implemented, has been violent and aggressive and I don't see how he reconciles that.

The guy privitized a bunch of stuff.

Privitization kinda loses its benefit when it's the same international bankers doing the buying.

I agree, but a welfare state is only one side of the immigration coin. The other side is a promise of economic liberty and upward mobility. We saw this in the 19th Century United States. The term "economic migrants" is common vernacular currently. I've lost count of how many video clips I have watched where members of these migrant caravans say they want to be here for Xbox and Buffalo Wild Wings. You don't need the welfare state fore that. Milei wants to create a perfect storm for "economic migrants."

Agreed. There are certain religions I would never trust with political power.
