    If theyre demanding that only Black cops be allowed to police predominantly Black neighborhoods, ok great.

    Can almost guarantee that there would be even more abuses.

    I'd be happy to "police" the wealthy parts of town.

    I had to read that two or three times until I got his point.

    Maybe I'm just dim this morning, but yes, he's right: there's no fixing this within the narrow limits of "approved Conservative Inc." talking points.
