Russia announces full nuclear war drill for all citizens Oct 3rd

The drill will involve all citizens of Russia, across 11 time zones.

It assumes destruction of 70% of all housing and many other factors.

They are doing it because the threat of nuclear war with United States is rising, according to the documents.

Russia is on record claiming to have the ability to protect all of its population in underground shelters.

This is the first-ever exercise at this level of readiness across the whole country.

It takes place October 3rd, one day before the United States wireless emergency broadcast system test.
