Trump got the funding, Biden rolled it out. Trump's Operation Warp Speed is now called NextGen under Biden.

I wonder if he'll use that cut money to funnel elsewhere.

Sorry, Don, I haven't been Trumped. It was you who met with Gates, started the new Fed Agency, taxed the Americans, and hired Bill and Melinda Gates tied Execs from the corrupt Pharm Industry. Biden couldn't dream of doing all that on his own, he doesn't have the smarts, or get the buy-in from republicans. It's awful nice of you to offer citizens the choice, though.

Just think of all the wonderful horrible other things OWS Trump and BioMed Vivek can do together behind those closed doors. Except, it will be a choice.

No offense is intended, this is not toward anybody. I just think it needs to be repeated in this thread.

    Trump Needs to Repent

Until Trump apologizes for pushing through the CARES Act and calling Rep. Massie a "third-rate grandstander" for opposing it, his championing the experimental, mRNA vaccines through his "Operation Warp Speed," and failing to get rid of Drs. Fauci and Birx while they were undermining the freedoms of the American people under his watch, then I don't care what Trump has to say about the mask and vaccine mandates. He's just an egotistical, opportunist, who has expanded "the Swamp."

    On Trump:
How conservative Republicans can continue to support this arrogant imposter—the man who brags about inflicting the world with the Covid mark of the beast; the man who said, “Take the guns first, go through due process second”; and the man who deliberately played and then set up Stewart Rhodes (of course, Stewart was all too eager to be Trump’s patsy) for an 18-year prison sentence—is truly beyond my comprehension.” Chuck Baldwin

Actually, it's Fauci and Birx that wanted more time to test and develop a safer vaccine. Trump PUSHED Fauci and disbanded the idea of a safety board which RFK Jr. was going to lead. This happened after Trump took donations by Pfizer. RFK Jr. affirms it.

Here's just a few real donker quotes that tell the truth.

“They had bad policy decisions that would have left our country open to China and others, closed to reopening our economy, and years away from an approved vaccine — putting millions of lives at risk.” - Trump

“Dr. Fauci was incapable of pressing the FDA to move it through faster. I was the one to get it done, and even the fake news media knows and reports this,” - Trump

"They referred to me, as I often say, as the skunk at the picnic because whenever they would say things were great, I would say ... I don’t really think so," Fauci said.

The biggest complaint Birx had was the lack of a response in the first couple months of the virus being here in the US. Remember how Trump didn't want to enact any policies to hurt the economy. That move actually made th

"I look at it this way: There were about 100,000 deaths that came from that original surge," said Birx, who served under the Trump administration. "All of the rest of them, in my mind, could have been mitigated or decreased substantially." - referring to March-early May 2020, after which another 350,000 Americans went on to die from the virus. This was when Trump "By April and May, however, Trump had pushed for cities and states to reopen, and he falsely suggested that the virus could not survive in the sun and that “tremendous” light could kill it off. He also began hyping hydroxychloroquine as an unproven treatment, continued referring to the virus as the “China virus” and questioned the effectiveness of wearing face masks.".

So, in reality, if we're being honest, Trump's mismangement of both the first months and the vaccine development being expedited for mass production and distribution, much earlier than Fauci originally envisioned. He pushed doctors and CDC and FDA to speed up everything, to hell with the protocols.

"It will take at least a year to a year and a half to have a vaccine we can use," Fauci said on March 3, 2020.

But this was not fast enough for Trump, who wanted it before the election.

Alex Azar, Mark Esper, and Deborah Birx were on the board of directors of OWS, while Tony Fauci, Francis Collins, and Robert Redfield were nonvoting advisers.

Deborah Birx, whom now it is known was pressured to be a team player, was the only medical professional on Trump's OWS board.

Azar was a lawyer with no medical background, except for being a former president of Eli Lily. Esper was from defense-industry lobbyist groups, and the Heritage Foundation.

just the facts. We should not forget what Trump's 2020 year really was like. He allowed the virus to get out of hand, when it was far stronger than it is today. He expedited the vaccines more than doctors like Fauci wanted, because he wanted votes. In the same way, he approved of and promised more handouts. The oversight was out the door financially. Out the door. It was a circus. Mnuchin was handing out millions to cronies. Billions in relief grants were going offshore and to criminals here. Kushners were involved in shady deals also, and Trump didn't care about any of it. He let it happen. We couldn't have done much worse in Covid response than with Trump in charge. This is the ugly truth. In many ways, Trump himself is what gave us Joe Biden.

Yes, they wanted more time to keep us locked down until the economy was destroyed completely.
By rushing the vaccine but opposing mandates Trump shortened the lockdowns and tried to stop mandates.
Had they had the time to test them fully they would have declared them to be proven and then they would have mandated them with more power because they were not experimental and unproven.

Trump never handled the entire "pandemic" well. It was an area where he was caught unaware and failed to correctly adapt. Given he had faith in institutions, unlike most of us here that consider them both corrupt and incompetent, it led him to make a series of decisions that were disastrous. The fact is that most people on this planet would have failed to handle it correctly, and the only ones that would have correctly handled everything would have done so for one or two major reasons that separate those individuals from the rest. The first reason being due to an inherent distrust of the extant hierarchies (corporations, government bureaucracies) that were to be a part of the proffered solution. The second reason is a logical understanding of pandemics, the necessity of prophylactics (which were discouraged by those previously mentioned hierarchies), lack of research support for the efficacy of mRNA vaccines, and knowing why vaccination during a pandemic is a bad idea. Basically, a better handling could have been achieved by possessing wisdom related to recent history or intelligence related to viruses and their spread. Any president that had both would have probably had the "pandemic" pushers up against a wall and shot for trying to cause widespread and longlasting harm to line their pockets.

I do not know why many of his supporters will not admit where he failed.
