I meant to say that the Judge keeps going soft/easier on suspects like this by bailing out them instated throwing a book or jailing them.
Whatever or not the victims are white or not.
Seems its not the "DAs" first time to bail out suspects like him with multiple criminal records...

I remember in the early 90's I got into a conversation about "political correctness". A friend of mine said the media is just being "politically correct" which is why it seems they favor the democrats.
