Suing, as opposed to "voting". +Rep
@Matt Collins, I know "it doesn't work like that"... but, if petitions are being floated around, how about starting a petition that whoever pens and/or signs these things gets to be held personally liable and suable in court, for violating Rights?"Fighting with one arm behind our back"
Suing an "Agency" protects the violator(s) who drafted the policies and they are prone to do it again. Think about that. An individual person uses a gun of his/her own free will, but the gun manufacturer gets sued. It doesn't make sense because the person responsible should be held liable. So how about turning the table? Who knows, it just might give pause for the next person who wants to infringe. Oh, and this way, the person being sued will have to be full prepared to answer any/all questions instead of saying "I'll have to get back to you on that".
