- Against nuclear deal with Iran; keep state sanctions. Iran is a state sponsor of terrorism, and it should not be permitted any pathway toward obtaining a nuclear weapon, now or ever.

- COVID: Getting vaccines out is public/private partnership.
The private sector is very engaged. The private sector is doing it, both the independent pharmacies as well as the chain pharmacies. The federal government is giving directly to them. All we're doing as a state is telling them where it goes and allocate it. The delivery is directly to the private sector and they're getting it out, but not as fast as we would like. And so it's a partnership.

- In terms of the future and the vaccine, right now I oppose any vaccine mandate because there has to be a greater public acceptance of it, greater experience in terms of our use of it, and we don't know what is down the road. Maybe, maybe not. But whatever decision is made, it should be done at the state and local level in terms of education, in terms of what we need.

Proposes an amendment to the Constitution of the United States authorizing the Congress to prohibit the physical desecration of the flag of the United States.

- I have submitted my balanced budget to you, and it includes additional funding for public safety with 30 additional probation and parole officers. It also includes $2.3 million for an increase of 24 new troopers over the next two years. The Arkansas State Police is our top law-enforcement agency, and we must support our law enforcement.

- Build new 498 inmate prison because we have a growing state.

- If you pursue a high need job skill or degree, then we will assure you that all your tuition and mandatory fees will be paid through a two-year college program or technical school. It will require working in the state for three years after college.

- We have invested in pre-K education. Our budget for pre-K has increased from $111 million to $114 million in recent years. We rank 17th nationally in spending on pre-K and Number 18 in four-year-old pre-K access.

- When it comes to our public schools, I support another round of increased pay for teachers. My goal is to raise average teacher salaries by $2,000 over the next two years.

- Let's not leave anyone behind, and that is why I am asking your support for a higher level of funding.

- Today, I am challenging Arkansas to lead in this world of innovation by focusing on the future of advanced mobility. In order for us to lead, we need to have electric charging stations across the state. Arkansas is scheduled to receive $54 million over the next 5 years from the federal government for electric charging station infrastructure. Quite frankly, this needs to be accelerated.
