Ramaswamy still owns 7.2% in drug company Roivant Sciences, valued at over $500 million.

Roivant Sciences launched a nonprofit arm called Roivant Social Ventures (RSV) in 2020, when Ramaswamy was still the parent company's CEO.
RSV seems more than a little “woke”, taking a keen interest in "building DEI opportunities for future leaders in biopharma and biotech", in which ‘DEI’ stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (that is: hiring women, minorities, and LGBT-ers).

The parent company Roivant also promotes DEI initiatives like employee resources groups.
