The reasons for separate bathrooms have been clear for thousands of years. I don't think the do nothing libertarian approach is the right thing. It is the divide and conquer, break down society Marxists that have made this an issue. And the visibility has allowed a whole lot of deranged transvestites to demand the attention that they crave as part of their fetish. They have attempted to piggy back upon gays and lesbians, thus the never ending acronym 2SLGBTQIA++. The deranged ones want to say "see here gays and lesbians, if they don't endorse and indulge our every fantasy and desire, then they hate you too!"

I have a more scientific take on what exists. If something existed 2000, 1000, or 100 years ago, then it isn't part of some new political tactic.

What has always existed?

- Straight.

- Gay/lesbian.

- Cross dressing for entertainment or fetish (Transvestites). Within this group are the current trouble makers.

- And then there is the rarest, true transsexuals. These would be people whose physical appearance and mental temperament made them more like the opposite sex than their biological sex. These would be people who could "pass", long before hormones or plastic surgery. And for the most part, their secret would remain unknown. There would be no outrage based upon which bathroom they used because no one would know their true biological sex.

That is just an assessment of the reality, not a judgement.

I typically ignore that stupid crap because it doesn't have a Record or deal with money.

That said, after watching that thing [or whatever you call it/he-she], I am totally convinced that it is not real, but rather manufactured in order to cause upheaval... something must be coming down the pike where they are going to legislate something that will end up costing us Money and Loss of Liberty, and there will be complete buy-in as a result.

Because when I was growing up, and even as an adult, I have never seen so much of that in just a quick couple of years.

I'm not sure what you mean by "the do nothing libertarian approach".

The libertarian approach is to allow property owners to decide such matters for themselves, with the potential for different property owners to make different decisions.

If the "do something" approach involves the State dictating how many and what kind of bathrooms there ought to be, and who is (or is not) to be permitted to use which of those bathrooms, then I'm all in favor of "doing nothing".

Samantha Rupnow thought to be using @Postalbrained on X id as Christian school shooter at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin. Shooter described as Trans student according to X user, Kristallin, with the X handle, @Severd_Head.

Unconfirmed social media postings have identified the suspect juvenile school shooter at a Madison, Wisconsin school as that of a transgender individual.

The gunman, identified as Samantha Rupnow on X is alleged to have been the suspect shooter at Abundant Life Christian School, a K-12 facility in the state’s capital. The shooter appears to be a biological female whose gender was ambiguous.

In revised numbers, a total of 3 including the juvenile gunman (who took their own life) were killed in Monday’s school shooting. Madison police revised their numbers downwards from an initial 5 to 3, Monday afternoon.
