More and more, they're just openly coming right out and saying it explicitly.

So I'm starting this thread as a repository for specimens of the (formerly) "quiet part" being said "out loud".

I've heard that one before, but I've never seen a reliable source citation for it. Also, I should clarify that by "out loud" I mean both verifiable and "in public" (i.e., not hearsay, not something said or written in private that was never meant to be exposed, nor any such like things).

This is pretty amazing. The #1 answer here used to be from Barbara Honnegger, who was part of the Reagan Administration and claimed to be in that meeting, confirming that Casey said it... Now her answer is gone... This is clearly a disinformation campaign by intelligence, following their usual pattern of censorship followed by new misinformation.

But anyway, I'll keep my eyes out
