Yeah the problem with that theory is that most of these people from Mexico, Cuba. Hati, Venezuela, Guatemala etc are escaping from failed socialist countries and know it doesn't work. These are also Catholic majority countries. They are much more conservative than you think.

Lived and worked in the Caribbean, in Haiti in the Dominican Republic and right in the heart of Miami.
The news I read does not influence me unless it brings new or unknown facts to light.
Right now it is simply repeating what I have already known for decades.

Right in the heart of Miami you used to find the most militant anti-communist people you could ever hope to meet, when we were kids. It helped to be able to speak Spanish to know that. As for their grandkids, they got their culture and values from the Department of Education.

It's that thing St. Ronald Reagan of Hollywood would have nipped right in the bud, if the Greatest Generation hadn't been too parernalistic to get off their asses and demand he do it. I don't think your take is accurate.
These people tend to vote majority Democrat once they become legalized and/or their children (who were born here) tend to. Many of them are seeking government protections and welfare. Most seem willing to work, sure, but they come here to seek the benefits of living in a "successful" established country with a welfare system vs. their $#@! hole homes they helped wreck through their own ignorance and corruption...
And while many of them are Catholic on the surface, many are also believers in witchcraft, gangbanging, drug smuggling, etc. Those number more than we think but I'm not saying they make up the majority.
Cubans are the only ones who I think vote majority Republican and the government has long been disinterested in bringing more of them over vs. the Central Americans and Mexicans.
Source: I live in Oklahoma (where I'm seeing robust growth in Mexican/Central American immigration. Some parts of Tulsa are entirely Mexican now) and have some friends and extended family that were/are illegal crossers or were anchor babies. Some stories I've heard do not match well with the existing American framework [but that's being eroded so I'm sure it'll all be fine in the end /s].

I figured out the one thing, the one sentence, the one thought in our culture and system of government that Marxist left hates more than anything else:

The concept in that one line drives them into fits of rage: whose posterity? Haiti's? Ghana"s? India's?
This is what they are on about when they are screeching about systemic and "built in" racism.
This is what they want to destroy, more than anything else: the intergenerational connection of virtues and ideals that formed the very basis of what this nation was, and all of western civilization in the larger context.
And they were unashamedly white, western and Christian virtues, ones that are under attack from every angle: thrift, hard work, delay of gratification, timeliness, perfection, manners, forward thinking and planning...all of them and more, including the sanctity of children, denounced as "racist" or "misogynistic" or any number of pejoratives from a dated and much needed to be purged past.
There is no better way to accomplish the Marxist goal, than to allow the invasion, migration, insufflation...call it whatever you will, of millions and millions and millions of unknown foreigners, who have no connection and no loyalty to the existing padeia of the country.
We know this is the Globalist Marxist future for all of us: The "Atomized Man", utterly divorced from any history or future, any ownership or free will, living in a cosmopolitan goulash of a mega city, walking to his stack-a-prole sleeping unit, eating soy wafers and ground bug gruel.
No past, no future, just an eternal present, summed up in one image: a boot, smashing a human face, forever.
This is it, this is the fight, these are the terms and unfettered migrant invasion is the one of the primary tools the Marxist left will use to achieve victory.

We share no common language, no common ethnicity, no common history, no common family, no common philosophy, no common religion, no common view on man and government and the relationship between the two.

The fact that on perhaps one or two issues, there might be some intersection of common interest is not relevant or germane.

The work force participation rate in this country is too low now , the GDP growth is to low ( with no obvious chance of recovery to respectable level consistently at all) , Debt up about 450 percent since yr 2000 ( 5.3 trillion to 31.5 trillion) . The debt will increase a staggering amount going forward. Weve just had 20 months of third world indlation. Adding immigrants has no chance to help. What is needed is less govt , less govt spending and a more productive citizenry with the people already here. By next yr tax collected will be less than 5 trillion and it will take 1 1/2 trillion to pay interest on the debt. Where we are headed the less mouths to feed here the better. We are down to simple math now .Everyone can put feelings and opinions aside .

I had forgotten how relevant that quote was and I just did some quick research to make sure it was, in fact, a real Jefferson quote.
It is.
It comes from a series of papers written by Jefferson to highly placed political figures in France, who had asked him numerous questions about the revolution and how things were to be governed.
The series was called "Notes on the State of Virginia" dated 1781.
Obviously this passage concerned immigration.
They will infuse into it their spirit, warp and bias its directions, and render it a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.

Jefferson seemed to favor immigration to the extent that people could be assimilated, but we're not even able to have that discussion anymore.
The best way to show that capitalism is superior to socialism, for example, is to have two examples in stark contrast side-by-side so that anyone observing from the sidelines can clearly see the difference. Hence the need to have everyone jumbled together and living on top of each other, resulting in exactly what Jefferson described as "a heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass". As far as current immigration policy goes, assimilation is to be avoided at all costs. You can do that by throwing untenable numbers of Californians into Georgia, Massholes into New Hampshire, or Central Americans into the U.S, it's all the same.
[Before anyone jumps in to add the caveat that we're not a perfectly free-market capitalist system, I'm completely aware of that]
